重型采煤機(jī)齒軌輪嚙合研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代采煤機(jī)的牽引方式主要為齒軌銷軌式無鏈牽引,齒軌輪承擔(dān)著傳遞扭矩、驅(qū)動(dòng)采煤機(jī)行走的重要任務(wù),是采煤機(jī)牽引機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵零件之一。隨著采煤機(jī)功率不斷增加,機(jī)身越來越重,齒軌輪的負(fù)荷越來越大,其使用壽命普遍縮短。本文采用理論分析與有限元結(jié)合的方法,仿真和對(duì)比分析了國產(chǎn)齒軌輪與進(jìn)口齒軌輪在不同中心距下與銷排的嚙合特性。完成的主要研究工作如下:(1)運(yùn)用理論分析的方法研究了采煤機(jī)、運(yùn)輸機(jī)和液壓支架“三機(jī)配套”的約束關(guān)系,得出了齒軌輪要適應(yīng)變中心距,變節(jié)距等工作環(huán)境的具體參數(shù)。(2)對(duì)國產(chǎn)現(xiàn)有147mm節(jié)距齒軌輪在使用過程中出現(xiàn)的故障進(jìn)行歸納和分析,研究結(jié)果顯示:現(xiàn)有齒軌輪嚙合面短、齒形曲線不合理、齒根偏瘦是齒形存在的問題。(3)利用ABAQUS軟件分別建立了國產(chǎn)齒軌輪和進(jìn)口齒軌輪與銷排以變中心距嚙合時(shí)的有限元模型并進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明:以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中心距和最大中心距與銷排嚙合時(shí),進(jìn)口齒軌輪的嚙合特性好于國產(chǎn)齒軌輪;以最小中心距嚙合時(shí),進(jìn)口齒軌輪齒面接觸應(yīng)力的波動(dòng)和峰值均大于國產(chǎn)齒軌輪,但其齒根彎曲應(yīng)力的波動(dòng)和峰值小于國產(chǎn)齒軌輪。(4)按照進(jìn)口齒軌輪齒形生產(chǎn)制造齒軌輪實(shí)驗(yàn)件,經(jīng)過在煤礦上的使用,其壽命大大高于原國產(chǎn)齒軌輪。
[Abstract]:The traction mode of modern shearer is mainly non-chain traction of tooth rail pin rail, the gear rail wheel undertakes the important task of transmitting torque and driving shearer walking, and it is one of the key parts of the haulage mechanism of shearer. With the increasing power of shearer, the fuselage is getting heavier and heavier, the load of the gear rail wheel is increasing, and its service life is generally shortened. In this paper, theoretical analysis and finite element method are used to simulate and compare the meshing characteristics of domestic and imported gear rail wheels with pin row at different center distances. The main research works are as follows: (1) the constraint relation of "three machines" of shearer, conveyer and hydraulic support is studied by using the method of theoretical analysis, and it is concluded that the gear rail wheel should adapt to the variable center distance. (2) Induction and analysis of the malfunctions of the existing 147mm pitch gear in operation. The results show that the mesh surface of the existing 147mm pitch gear is short, and the tooth profile curve is unreasonable. The thin tooth root is the problem of tooth shape. (3) the finite element model of the gear rail wheel made in China and the imported gear meshing with the pin are established and compared with each other by using ABAQUS software. The results show that when the standard center distance and the maximum center distance are engaged with the pin row, the meshing characteristics of the imported gear are better than those of the domestic gear, and when the minimum center distance is used, the meshing behavior of the imported gear is better than that of the domestic gear. The fluctuation and peak value of tooth surface contact stress of imported gear are larger than that of domestic gear, but the fluctuation and peak value of tooth root bending stress are smaller than that of domestic gear. (4) the experimental piece of tooth rail wheel is manufactured according to the tooth profile of imported tooth rail wheel. After the use of coal mine, its life is much higher than the original domestic gear rail wheel.
