【摘要】：采用陰極發(fā)光顯微鏡、ICP-OES和SEM-EDS等分析測試手段研究了花脖灣石英巖的礦石性質(zhì),以解離并去除白云母為提純目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了浮選和酸浸條件優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:花脖灣石英巖質(zhì)地純凈,w(SiO_2)高達(dá)99.00%,白云母是主要脈石礦物,優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)確定的浮選條件為:礦漿pH值2.5,DDA用量140g/t;酸浸條件為:混合酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)30%,溫度55℃,時(shí)間120min。在超聲波輔助作用下提純獲得的細(xì)粒級(0.110~0.074mm)石英砂9種雜質(zhì)元素總含量降低至66.65×10-6,w(SiO_2)達(dá)到99.99%�；ú睘呈r礦經(jīng)試驗(yàn)證實(shí)為一種石英巖型高純石英原料,作為高純石英資源應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:The ore properties of Huabaowan quartzite were studied by means of catholuminescence microscope, ICP-OES and SEM-EDS. The flotation and acid leaching conditions were optimized with the aim of separating and removing Muscovite. The results show that the pure, w (SiO_2 of quartz in Huayaowan is as high as 99.00. Muscovite is the main gangue mineral. The optimum flotation conditions are as follows: the pH value of pulp is 2.5g / t, and the acid leaching conditions are as follows: the mass fraction of mixed acid is 30, the temperature is 55 鈩，
