煤礦超高水充填設(shè)備參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)與虛擬裝配

【摘要】:煤炭是我國(guó)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)重要的能源和原材料,充填開采技術(shù)作為一種綠色環(huán)保的開采技術(shù)能夠有效提高煤礦的煤炭采出率,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的充分利用,同時(shí)能夠有效保護(hù)周邊自然環(huán)境。新型的超高水充填開采技術(shù)能夠有效保證“三下”開采安全,最大限度的收回礦產(chǎn)資源,延長(zhǎng)礦井開采年限,同時(shí)保護(hù)地下、地表環(huán)境,減少地表沉降。超高水充填技術(shù)具有相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的工藝系統(tǒng),前期投入較低,充填效果好等特點(diǎn)。超高水充填技術(shù)的運(yùn)用主要依托于建設(shè)于地表的充填站和通入礦井中的充填管道,而高水充填站是其中最重要的組成部分。論文主要研究的是冀中能源九龍礦超高水充填項(xiàng)目,根據(jù)工程實(shí)際對(duì)項(xiàng)目所用到的機(jī)械設(shè)備采用新的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化,首先對(duì)充填開采技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,結(jié)合樣本工程對(duì)超高水充填站的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)備布置進(jìn)行介紹,并闡述了設(shè)備的工作流程。其次闡述參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)原理及其發(fā)展過程,并對(duì)本文運(yùn)用到的SolidWorks軟件進(jìn)行介紹。通過參考九龍礦超高水充填站的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙,運(yùn)用SolidWorks軟件的繪圖功能建立充填站中各主要設(shè)備的參數(shù)化模型,并以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建整套系統(tǒng)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)的模型庫(kù),運(yùn)用系列零件設(shè)計(jì)表方法對(duì)運(yùn)用到的高水充填設(shè)備進(jìn)行參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)非標(biāo)設(shè)備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)。利用軟件的裝配功能對(duì)整個(gè)充填站的建設(shè)過程進(jìn)行模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的設(shè)計(jì)問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。最后確定整套系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備裝配次序,對(duì)實(shí)際工程起到指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important source of energy and raw materials for industrial production in China. As a kind of green and environmental protection mining technology, filling mining technology can effectively improve the coal mining rate of coal mines and realize the full utilization of resources. At the same time, can effectively protect the surrounding natural environment. The new super-high water filling mining technology can effectively guarantee the safety of "three down" mining, maximize the recovery of mineral resources, prolong mine mining life, at the same time protect underground, surface environment and reduce surface subsidence. Super-high-water filling technology has the characteristics of relatively simple process system, low pre-investment, good filling effect and so on. The application of ultra-high water filling technology mainly depends on the filling station built on the surface and the filling pipe through the mine, in which the high water filling station is the most important part. This paper mainly studies the super-high water filling project in Jizhong Energy Jiulong Mine. According to the engineering practice, the new design method is used to design and optimize the mechanical equipment used in the project. Firstly, the development status of filling mining technology is briefly introduced. The structure and equipment arrangement of super high water filling station are introduced with sample engineering, and the working flow of the equipment is expounded. Secondly, the principle of parameterized design and its development process are described, and the SolidWorks software used in this paper is introduced. By referring to the design drawings of the super high water filling station in Jiulong Mine, the parameterized model of the main equipment in the filling station is established by using the drawing function of the SolidWorks software, and the model base of the whole system parameterized design is constructed on this basis. The parameterized design of high water filling equipment is carried out by using the method of series parts design table, and the standardized design of non standard equipment is realized. The software assembly function is used to simulate the construction process of the filling station, to find the potential design problems, and to put forward the corresponding solutions. Finally, the equipment assembly order of the whole system is determined, which plays a guiding role in practical engineering.
