兩柱掩護式液壓支架空間承載特性研究

【摘要】:針對兩柱掩護式支架基于平面力系的承載區(qū)適應(yīng)性單一,難以反映頂梁縱向?qū)ΨQ面以外區(qū)域承載特性的問題,提出采用"承載體"分析支架的承載特性。運用空間力學(xué)解析法,以頂梁為研究對象推導(dǎo)"承載體"外表曲面解析式并分析承載面重疊時的選取原則;對"承載體"進行縱向和橫向切面,得到支架縱、橫兩向承載特性;分析承載體的體積與支架參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,并與已有的計算結(jié)果進行對比。結(jié)果表明:承載面的選取應(yīng)遵循各液壓構(gòu)件承載力最小值的原則,并要滿足立柱承載力在頂梁承載范圍內(nèi)為正值;"承載體"隨支架高度而變化,并與支架高度存在一一對應(yīng)關(guān)系;縱向承載區(qū)的2個極值點及面積都在支架縱向?qū)ΨQ面處取得最大值并向兩側(cè)立柱雙向衰減,橫向承載區(qū)按照分布特征可分為3種類型;增大立柱上鉸點到頂梁末端距離、立柱間距、平衡千斤頂?shù)墓ぷ髯枇芭c水平夾角均能增大承載體的體積;"承載體"縱向?qū)ΨQ面處的承載區(qū)分布特征以及支架參數(shù)對承載能力的影響都與已有計算結(jié)果吻合,因此"承載體"能夠反映支架頂梁任意區(qū)域的承載特性,"承載體"的體積可以作為支架參數(shù)優(yōu)化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the bearing zone of two-column shield support is single based on the plane force system, it is difficult to reflect the bearing characteristics outside the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the top beam, so the "bearing body" is proposed to analyze the bearing characteristics of the support. Taking the top beam as the object of study, the analytic formula of the surface of the "bearing body" is derived by using the spatial mechanics analytical method, and the selection principle of the overlapping bearing surface is analyzed, and the longitudinal and transverse bearing characteristics of the support are obtained by using the longitudinal and transverse cutting plane of the "bearing body". The relationship between the volume of the bearing body and the parameters of the support is analyzed and compared with the existing calculation results. The results show that the selection of bearing surface should follow the principle of minimum bearing capacity of each hydraulic member, and should satisfy that the bearing capacity of column should be positive in the bearing range of top beam, and the bearing body varies with the height of support. There is a one-to-one correspondence with the height of the support, the maximum value and area of the longitudinal bearing area are obtained at the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the support and the vertical column attenuates bidirectionally to both sides, and the lateral bearing area can be divided into three types according to the distribution characteristics. Increasing the distance between the upper hinge point of the column and the end of the top beam, and the distance between the columns, Both the working resistance and the angle between the balanced Jack and the horizontal Jack can increase the volume of the bearing body, and the distribution characteristics of the bearing area at the longitudinal symmetrical plane of the "bearing body" and the influence of the support parameters on the bearing capacity are in agreement with the existing calculation results. Therefore, the "bearing body" can reflect the bearing characteristics of any region of the support top beam, and the volume of the "bearing body" can be used as the standard for the optimization of the support parameters.
