【摘要】：當(dāng)前供應(yīng)鏈管理思想作為現(xiàn)代化管理的重要指導(dǎo)思想,日益融合到港口物流的發(fā)展中,應(yīng)用到港口物流系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與管理中。同時,港口集疏運(yùn)系統(tǒng)管理與規(guī)劃也由于融入了現(xiàn)代供應(yīng)鏈理念而變得更加科學(xué)先進(jìn),更加具有發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢。港口物流不再是單純的港口與物流的結(jié)合,供應(yīng)鏈的港口物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃實現(xiàn)與方法完善成為現(xiàn)代理論研究工作的重點。只有這樣,對港口物流的系統(tǒng)資源才能夠進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的配置與優(yōu)化,才能夠全面對港口物流的未來發(fā)展進(jìn)行從戰(zhàn)略高度的統(tǒng)籌與發(fā)展預(yù)測,從而建立現(xiàn)代港口物流系統(tǒng),利用科學(xué)的研究理論和方法體系,實現(xiàn)港口物流的最優(yōu)發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。具體來說,本文主要有以下五個部分:第1章緒論。論文開篇主要闡述了的本課題研究的背景和意義,梳理總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀與觀點,以及簡單介紹了本文研究的基本方法與核心內(nèi)容。第2章主要針對煤炭物流系統(tǒng)做了理論方面的研究�；诤笪难芯康睦碚撲亯|需要,主要闡釋了港口物流系統(tǒng)的概念、功能、演變過程及其發(fā)展趨勢,并進(jìn)一步介紹了港口煤炭物流系統(tǒng)的含義、子系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成等基礎(chǔ)理論。第3章主要是案例研究,探索了神華天津煤碼頭煤炭物流系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營狀況。首先介紹了神華天津煤碼頭的基本情況,并描述了預(yù)測神華天津煤碼頭煤炭下水量的意義,通過對神華天津煤碼頭物流系統(tǒng)的子系統(tǒng)分析和作業(yè)流程的分析,歸納總結(jié)了大體包括進(jìn)煤、出庫、船后三個環(huán)節(jié),經(jīng)過深入分析提出了神華天津煤碼頭物流系統(tǒng)存在的問題與不足之處。第4章神華天津煤碼頭煤炭物流系統(tǒng)發(fā)展對策。在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,首先選取碼頭下水量這一重要指標(biāo),對神華天津煤碼頭煤炭下水量進(jìn)行了定性和定量預(yù)測,給出了針對目前遇到的一些問題,從碼頭煤炭物流系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施優(yōu)化、管理提升等方面提出了神華天津煤碼頭煤炭物流系統(tǒng)發(fā)展對策和建議,探討其未來發(fā)展過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題。第5章結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:As an important guiding ideology of modern management supply chain management is increasingly integrated into the development of port logistics and applied to the planning and management of port logistics system. At the same time, the management and planning of port transportation system has become more scientific and advanced because of the integration of modern supply chain concept, and has more competitive advantage of development. Port logistics is no longer a simple combination of port and logistics, and the realization of supply chain logistics system planning and method improvement has become the focus of modern theoretical research. Only in this way, the system resources of port logistics can be allocated and optimized scientifically and reasonably, and the future development of port logistics can be comprehensively predicted from a strategic perspective, thus establishing a modern port logistics system. The optimum development and sustainable development of port logistics can be realized by using scientific research theory and method system. Specifically, this paper has the following five parts: chapter 1 introduction. At the beginning of this paper, the background and significance of the research are expounded, and the current situation and viewpoints of the research at home and abroad are summarized, and the basic methods and core contents of the research are briefly introduced. Chapter 2 mainly focuses on the theory of coal logistics system. Based on the theoretical requirements of the later research, this paper mainly explains the concept, function, evolution process and development trend of the port logistics system, and further introduces the basic theory of the port coal logistics system, such as the meaning of the port coal logistics system and the constitution of the subsystem. Chapter 3 is a case study to explore the coal logistics system of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Wharf. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf, and describes the significance of predicting the amount of coal discharged from Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf. Through the subsystem analysis and operation flow analysis of Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf logistics system, This paper summarizes the three links of coal intake, exit and ship, and points out the problems and shortcomings of the logistics system of Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf through in-depth analysis. Chapter 4 the development countermeasures of coal logistics system in Tianjin Coal Wharf of Shenhua. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper first selects the important index of wharf water quantity, carries on the qualitative and quantitative forecast to the coal quantity of Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf, and gives some problems that have been met at present. From the aspects of coal logistics system structure optimization, operation process optimization, infrastructure optimization, management promotion and so on, the development countermeasures and suggestions of coal logistics system of Shenhua Tianjin coal wharf are put forward. The possible problems in its future development are discussed. Chapter 5 conclusion and prospect.
