煤矸石中汞和砷的賦存形態(tài)研究

【摘要】:對煤矸石中汞、砷的賦存形態(tài)進(jìn)行研究,可以為煤矸石發(fā)電過程中汞、砷的脫除提供理論依據(jù)。采用逐級化學(xué)浸提法將3個不同產(chǎn)地煤矸石中汞、砷的賦存形態(tài)分為可交換態(tài)、碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)、鐵錳結(jié)合態(tài)、硫化物結(jié)合態(tài)、有機結(jié)合態(tài)和殘渣態(tài)。采用不同的浸提溶液得到對應(yīng)結(jié)合態(tài)的測試結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,煤矸石中汞、砷的賦存形態(tài)具有一定的相似性。煤矸石中汞、砷主要以硫化物結(jié)合態(tài)為主,其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)占總汞的67.66%~72.68%,占總砷的56.71%~79.36%;其次為殘渣態(tài),其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)占總汞的23.70%~28.06%,占總砷的11.47%~18.02%。另外在煤矸石中砷還以少量有機結(jié)合態(tài)形式存在。
[Abstract]:The study on the occurrence forms of mercury and arsenic in coal gangue can provide a theoretical basis for the removal of mercury and arsenic in the process of coal gangue power generation. The forms of mercury and arsenic in coal gangue from three different areas were divided into exchangeable, carbonate bound, iron-manganese bound, sulfide-bound, organic bound and residual states by stepwise chemical extraction method. The test results of the corresponding binding states were obtained by using different extraction solutions. The results show that the occurrence forms of mercury and arsenic in coal gangue are similar to each other. The content of mercury in coal gangue is mainly composed of sulfide-bound state, and its mass fraction is 67.66% of total mercury, which accounts for 56.71% of total arsenic and 79.36% of total arsenic, followed by residue state, whose mass fraction is 23.700.28.06% of total mercury and 11.4718.02% of total arsenic. In addition, arsenic also exists in coal gangue in the form of a small amount of organic bound state.
