采煤機搖臂惰輪軸載荷分析與實驗研究

【摘要】:為研究采煤機搖臂惰輪軸復雜工況下的力學特性和載荷特性,采用銷軸傳感器對采煤機不同截割工況下的搖臂惰輪軸載荷進行測試,通過無線采集模塊對測試數(shù)據(jù)實時存儲和傳輸,得到惰輪軸Z向和Y向的載荷曲線,分析結果表明:采煤機斜切進刀時惰輪軸所受載荷最大,Z向最大載荷33.38 kN,Y向最大載荷35.60 kN,且在整個過程中,Y向載荷均大于Z向載荷,研究結果為搖臂惰輪軸載荷測試提供了新方法,為采煤機搖臂故障監(jiān)測和煤巖識別提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,同時對采煤機零部件設計和優(yōu)化具有重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical characteristics and load characteristics of the shaft of the rocker of shearer under complicated working conditions, the load of the shaft of the idler wheel of the shearer under different cutting conditions was measured by pin shaft sensor. The load curves in Z direction and Y direction of idler axle are obtained by real-time storage and transmission of test data by wireless acquisition module. The results show that the maximum load on the idler shaft is 33.38 kN,Y with the maximum load of 35.60 kN, and the load in Y direction is greater than that in Z direction in the whole process. The research results provide a new method for load testing of idler wheel shaft, provide data support for fault monitoring and coal rock identification of the rocker arm of shearer, and have important guiding significance for the design and optimization of shearer parts and components.
