金尾礦為硅源制備4A分子篩的研究

【摘要】:以酸洗后的金尾礦為硅源,添加NaOH制備堿熔熟料,加入Al(OH)_3調節(jié)硅鋁比,通過水熱合成法制備了4A分子篩。研究了原堿比、晶化溫度對4A分子篩合成的影響。XRD和SEM分析表明,實驗制得的4A分子篩結晶性能良好,純度較高,微觀形貌為規(guī)則的立方體顆粒,粒度分散均勻且顆粒大小均一,平均粒徑約為3μm。
[Abstract]:4A molecular sieve was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis using gold tailings after acid washing as silicon source, adding NaOH to prepare alkaline clinker and adding Al (OH) _ 3 to adjust the ratio of Si to Al. The effects of alkali ratio and crystallization temperature on the synthesis of 4A molecular sieve were studied. XRD and SEM analysis showed that the obtained 4A molecular sieve had good crystallinity, high purity and regular microstructure. The particle size is uniform and the average particle size is about 3 渭 m.
