基于植物采礦的“綠色冶鎳”研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:基于植物采礦的理念,利用鎳超富集植物將低品位紅土鎳礦或鎳污染土壤中的鎳吸收并轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)到植物的地上部分,而后將收獲的鎳超富集植物視為鎳資源的二次來源,經(jīng)由焚燒鎳超富集植物獲得w(鎳)約20%的"高鎳生物礦砂"。通過綜述鎳超富集植物吸收轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)鎳的機(jī)理、種植鎳超富集植物的農(nóng)藝調(diào)控研究,以及現(xiàn)有的從鎳超富集植物或"高鎳生物礦砂"中制備純鎳、易斯酸催化劑、六水硫酸鎳銨以及鎳納米材料工藝技術(shù)等,展望今后可能的"綠色冶鎳"研究方向。期望在使用鎳超富集植物修復(fù)環(huán)境鎳污染,降低環(huán)境中鎳對人類和其它生物的潛在危害的同時,開發(fā)新型的"綠色冶鎳"技術(shù),緩解我國鎳資源緊缺的重要問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of plant-based mining, nickel from low-grade laterite nickel ores or nickel-contaminated soils is absorbed and transported to the aboveground part of the plant by nickel super-enrichment plants, which are then treated as secondary sources of nickel resources. About 20% of "high nickel biological ore" was obtained by incineration of nickel-enriched plants. By summarizing the mechanism of nickel absorption and transport by nickel superenrichment plants, the agronomic regulation of nickel superenrichment plants, and the preparation of pure nickel and easy acid catalysts from nickel superenriched plants or "high nickel biological ore sands", The technology of ammonium nickel sulfate hexahydrate and nickel nanomaterials are discussed, and the possible research direction of green nickel smelting in the future is prospected. It is expected that new "green nickel smelting" technology will be developed to alleviate the shortage of nickel resources in China, while using nickel super-enriched plants to remediate environmental nickel pollution and reduce the potential harm of nickel to human beings and other organisms in the environment.
