大采高工作面切頂留巷支護(hù)參數(shù)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In view of the thick coal seam under the condition of large mining height, during the field implementation of cutting roof and retaining roadway technology, it is often subjected to severe mine pressure and serious deformation of roadway, which brings difficulties to roof support of retaining roadway. Taking the large mining height S1201 face of Caragana Tower Coal Mine as the engineering background and using the constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable as the key supporting equipment of the roadway roof, the comparative tests of five different supporting schemes are carried out in the field. By comparing the law of roof subsidence under different supporting schemes, the effective roof support parameters of cutting roof and retaining roadway are obtained. The results show that the effective and economical way of supporting the carriage roadway of section S1201 is to reinforce 1 row of constant resistance anchor cable on the side of the cut joint on the basis of the original support, and the length of the anchor cable is increased to 9 000 mm, row distance of 2 000 mm, in addition to which 3 rows of ordinary anchor cables are added. W strip is removed between normal anchor cables and 1 500 mm, normal anchor cables. The successful application of this project provides a reference for cutting and retaining roadway technology of thick coal seam in China.
