【摘要】：針對國產(chǎn)SC系列梭車的技術(shù)特點,以王家?guī)X煤礦為工程背景,提出了在大斷面巷道長運距(300m)條件下雙巷平行作業(yè)的三種不同梭車搭配工藝,并分析了不同方案的優(yōu)缺點,根據(jù)工程實踐提出了進尺預(yù)估相關(guān)時間因素及公式T_(循環(huán))=max(T_(割煤),T_(支護))+T_(調(diào)機)+T_(輔助),分析了梭車掘進過程中運行時間實際值并分析出原因,介紹了卷纜裝置的適應(yīng)性改造�，F(xiàn)場實踐證明,進尺預(yù)估公式參數(shù)可靠,電纜導(dǎo)向輪組的改造降低了電纜故障,提高了梭車開機時間,提升了國產(chǎn)梭車穩(wěn)定性,進而提高了整體運行效率,實踐成果為相似條件礦區(qū)引進梭車具有重要的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the technical characteristics of domestic SC series shuttles, taking Wangjialing Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper puts forward three kinds of different shuttle-car matching techniques for parallel operation of double lanes under the condition of long distance (300m) of large section roadway, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes. According to the engineering practice, the paper puts forward the relevant time factors and formulas for the prediction of the relevant time by the advance scale and the formula T _ (cycle) max (T _ (coal cutting) _ (support) T _ (shunting) T _ (auxiliary), analyzes the actual value of the running time in the course of the shuttle-car driving and analyzes the reasons. The adaptive transformation of cable winding device is introduced. The field practice proves that the parameters of the formula are reliable, the modification of the cable steering wheel set reduces the cable fault, improves the starting time of the shuttle car, enhances the stability of the domestic shuttle car, and then improves the overall running efficiency. The practical results have important reference and guiding significance for similar mining areas to introduce shuttle vehicles.
