基于滾筒實(shí)驗(yàn)載荷的采煤機(jī)滑靴動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of poor reliability and mismatch between pin and row of shearer smooth boots, guide slippers and scraper conveyors, virtual prototyping technology is used to establish the characteristics of line shape in the middle slot of scraper conveyor and flexible deformation characteristics of rocker arm. The dynamic model of rigid and flexible coupling of shearer with smooth shoe and middle groove contact friction characteristic, guide slide shoe and pin row with clearance contact collision characteristic, driving wheel and pin row contact meshing characteristic, The simulation results show that the load of the left smooth boot in y direction is larger than that of the right smooth boot under the excitation of the experimental load. The simulation mean value of the two loads is about 198.2n and 78.2kN, which is similar to the load in the z direction, and the simulation results show that the load of the left smooth boot is larger in the y direction than that in the right one. The average value of simulation is about -20.0 ~ 16.5 KN, the average value of load simulation of left and right guide skates is about 42.0 ~ 45.2 KN in y direction and 289.9270.1 KN in z direction, the simulation results are verified by experiments, and different pitch angles are analyzed by simulation model. The mechanical characteristics of shearer under different working conditions can be studied according to the changing law of sliding boots under the condition of side inclination.
