采煤機(jī)零件參數(shù)化CAE分析系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了避免采煤機(jī)零件有限元分析繁瑣的前處理設(shè)置和降低有限元分析的門檻,提高采煤機(jī)零件有限元分析效率,對(duì)采煤機(jī)零件的參數(shù)化CAE分析方法進(jìn)行研究,綜合利用UG(Unigraphics NX)二次開發(fā)工具和VS2012編程軟件開發(fā)了基于UG的采煤機(jī)零件參數(shù)化CAE分析系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可在UG軟件中直接進(jìn)行零件參數(shù)化CAE分析,可直接調(diào)用前處理對(duì)話框進(jìn)行有限元分析前處理的設(shè)置,通過(guò)程序直接調(diào)用解算求解器完成分析過(guò)程,實(shí)現(xiàn)了采煤機(jī)關(guān)鍵零件參數(shù)化CAE分析全過(guò)程,避免了以往不同軟件轉(zhuǎn)換造成的數(shù)據(jù)丟失問(wèn)題,提高了分析效率。實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to avoid the complicated pre-processing setting and reduce the threshold of finite element analysis of shearer parts, and improve the efficiency of finite element analysis of shearer parts, the parameterized CAE analysis method of shearer parts is studied. A parameterized CAE analysis system for shearer parts based on UG is developed by using UG (Unigraphics NX) secondary development tool and VS2012 programming software. The system can directly carry out parametric CAE analysis of parts in UG software, can directly call the pre-processing dialog box to set up the pre-processing of finite element analysis, and complete the analysis process by calling the solver directly through the program. The whole process of parameterized CAE analysis of key parts of shearer is realized, which avoids the problem of data loss caused by the conversion of different software in the past, and improves the efficiency of analysis. The effectiveness of the system is verified by an example.
