砂蠟物理性質(zhì)及其破壞形式研究
[Abstract]:By studying the uniaxial compression test of the standard sample of sand wax mixture with different ratios, the mechanical properties of the sample were measured and analyzed, and the fracture of the specimen under compression failure was studied. The results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of sand wax has a linear relationship with wax content when the wax content is small. However, under cyclic loading, the compressive strength of sand wax with high wax content is larger and the deformation is smaller. With the increase of wax content, the shear modulus E _ (50) and elastic modulus (Et) of sand wax increase, and the shear modulus E _ (50) and elastic modulus (Et) of sand wax increase with the increase of wax content. The Poisson's ratio of sand wax sample also shows an upward trend, and the sand wax sample is the same as the coal sample, and the failure form of uniaxial compression deformation is complex and changeable. In sand wax samples with high wax content (8% and 14%), A type brittle shear failure type and B type wedge type failure type occur, while the failure form of sand wax sample with low wax content (4%) is mainly type C extrusion powder breaking flexible failure type.
