依蘭露天礦三維地質(zhì)模型的建立與應用研究

【摘要】:三維地質(zhì)建模是數(shù)字礦山的前沿領域,是礦山設計的重要基礎,是實現(xiàn)礦山信息化的必要環(huán)節(jié),對提高礦山的管理水平和經(jīng)濟效益具有重要意義。論文探討了構建三維礦山模型的方法與應用,基于3DMine礦業(yè)工程軟件,以依蘭露天礦方正礦區(qū)的地質(zhì)資料為基礎,建立了地質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)庫,并對空間插值技術進行了研究,利用粒子群算法對克里金球狀模型的三個參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化,利用鉆孔數(shù)據(jù)對Kriging和PSO-Kriging算法誤差進行交叉驗證。實驗結果表明,優(yōu)化后的模型擬合度更高,將改進后的算法用在實體模型的建立和塊體模型的估值當中,提高了建模精度,在建立的三維地質(zhì)模型基礎上,進行了境界優(yōu)化研究,并確定了每年的采剝工程位置,為資源合理配量和生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化提供科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional geological modeling is the frontier field of digital mine, the important foundation of mine design, the necessary link of realizing mine informatization, and it is of great significance to improve the management level and economic benefit of mine. This paper discusses the method and application of constructing 3D mine model. Based on the 3DMine mining engineering software, based on the geological data of Yilan open-pit mine, the geological database is established, and the spatial interpolation technique is studied. The particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the three parameters of Kriging spherical model, and the error of Kriging and PSO-Kriging algorithm is cross-verified by drilling data. The experimental results show that the optimized model has higher fitting degree, and the improved algorithm is used in the establishment of solid model and the estimation of block model, which improves the precision of modeling, and on the basis of the established 3D geological model, the improved algorithm is applied to the establishment of the solid model and the estimation of the block model. The boundary optimization is studied and the location of the annual mining and stripping project is determined, which provides a scientific basis for the rational allocation of resources and the optimization of production system.
