采場(chǎng)頂柱力學(xué)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型研究

【摘要】:建立合適的采場(chǎng)頂柱力學(xué)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型是進(jìn)行采場(chǎng)頂柱穩(wěn)定性分析的基礎(chǔ)。為了探究符合實(shí)際且便于工程應(yīng)用的采場(chǎng)頂柱力學(xué)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型,根據(jù)約束條件的不同,將采場(chǎng)頂柱簡(jiǎn)化為3種常見(jiàn)梁模型:兩端固定的梁、簡(jiǎn)支梁和懸臂梁模型,以均布荷載代替采場(chǎng)頂柱所受上覆巖層壓力,應(yīng)用彈性理論求解出3種采場(chǎng)頂柱力學(xué)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型的應(yīng)變解析解;同時(shí)建立相應(yīng)的有限元數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,分析采場(chǎng)頂柱的應(yīng)變分布特征;將數(shù)值模擬所得結(jié)果與力學(xué)簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型理論計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,并以程潮鐵礦西區(qū)充填法試驗(yàn)采場(chǎng)為例,建立采場(chǎng)頂柱相似試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?對(duì)相似試驗(yàn)中采場(chǎng)頂柱底部應(yīng)變進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:將采場(chǎng)頂柱簡(jiǎn)化為簡(jiǎn)支梁力學(xué)計(jì)算模型所得應(yīng)變分布特征與數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果及相似試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)具有一致性;工程中可采用簡(jiǎn)支梁模型分析采場(chǎng)頂柱的穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:It is the foundation of stope roof column stability analysis to establish a suitable simplified calculation model of stope top column mechanics. In order to explore the simplified calculation model of stope top column mechanics which accords with practice and is convenient for engineering application, according to the different constraint conditions, the top pillar of stope is simplified into three kinds of common beam models: fixed beam at both ends, simply supported beam and cantilever beam model. In this paper, the stress of overlying strata on top pillar of stope is replaced by uniform load, and the strain analytical solution of three simplified calculation models of stope top column mechanics is obtained by using elastic theory, and the corresponding finite element numerical calculation model is established. The strain distribution characteristics of stope roof column are analyzed, the results obtained by numerical simulation are compared with the theoretical results of simplified mechanical calculation model, and the similar test model of stope roof column is established by taking the filling test stope in the west of Chengchao Iron Mine as an example. The bottom strain of top pillar in similar test was monitored. The results show that the strain distribution characteristics obtained by simplifying the stope top column into a simply supported beam mechanical calculation model are consistent with the numerical simulation results and the monitoring data of similar tests, and the simply supported beam model can be used to analyze the stability of the stope roof column in engineering.
