崔家溝煤礦軟巖巷道支護(hù)研究

【摘要】:崔家溝煤礦礦井開采的深度達(dá)已經(jīng)達(dá)到300到400m,礦井周圍的地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,相關(guān)巷道的圍巖很松軟,礦井壓力顯現(xiàn)十分劇烈,礦井巷道嚴(yán)重變形。只考慮底鼓,巷道挖掘成功20天左右,底鼓達(dá)到高度至300mm。強(qiáng)烈的礦壓表像引起巷道的斷面面積逐漸縮小,從而對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐倪\(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)以及行人方面等產(chǎn)生重大的影響,成為影響礦井的安全生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)最主要因素。為此,隨著礦井的開采深度逐漸加深,對(duì)礦井巷道的圍巖控制、巷道的支撐保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的完善以及巷道穩(wěn)定性的維護(hù)等相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)刻不容緩。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),礦井東區(qū)2209綜放工作面回風(fēng)順槽現(xiàn)采用矩形的斷面,并用錨網(wǎng)的方式進(jìn)行支護(hù)。借助于巷道變形的沉降監(jiān)測(cè)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室?guī)r石力學(xué)的參數(shù)檢測(cè)、巖石化學(xué)元素分析及數(shù)值的模擬等方法,研究了巷道支護(hù)的相關(guān)形式。同時(shí),得到了錨與棚聯(lián)合支撐保護(hù)的新方案,即以錨網(wǎng)與梯形的微拱可縮性支架相結(jié)合的支撐保護(hù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究顯示,利用新的聯(lián)合支護(hù)方案對(duì)2209綜放工作面回風(fēng)順槽的支護(hù)問題有良好的效果。該課題是關(guān)于對(duì)復(fù)合層狀頂板軟巖回采巷道支撐保護(hù)的問題,階段性科學(xué)研究的成果還可以適用于相似條件下對(duì)礦井回采巷道的支護(hù)手段的選取問題。
[Abstract]:The mining depth of Cuijiagou coal mine has reached 300 to 400 m.The geological conditions around the mine are complex, the surrounding rock of the relevant roadway is very soft, the mine pressure appears very violent, and the mine roadway is seriously deformed. Considering only the bottom heave, the roadway was excavated successfully for about 20 days, and the bottom heave reached the height of 300 mm. The cross section area of roadway gradually shrinks due to the strong mine pressure table image, which has a great influence on local transportation, ventilation and pedestrian, and becomes the most important factor affecting the safety of mine production. Therefore, with the deepening of mining depth, it is urgent to study the surrounding rock control of mine roadway, the improvement of roadway supporting and protection system and the maintenance of roadway stability. It is found that rectangular section and bolting net are used to support the return air in 2209 fully-mechanized caving face in the east of mine. By means of settlement monitoring of roadway deformation, parameter detection of rock mechanics in laboratory, rock chemical element analysis and numerical simulation, the relevant forms of roadway support are studied. At the same time, a new scheme of combined support protection of anchor and shed is obtained, that is, the support protection is based on the combination of anchor net and trapezoidal micro-arch retractable support. The experimental results show that the new combined support scheme has a good effect on the supporting problem of the return air in 2209 fully mechanized caving face. The subject is about the support protection of soft rock mining roadway with composite layered roof. The results of stage scientific research can also be applied to the selection of supporting means of mining roadway under similar conditions.
