【摘要】：某閃速爐緩冷銅渣含銅1.01%,主要有用礦物為斑銅礦、輝銅礦和黃銅礦,主要脈石礦物為輝石、玻璃質(zhì)和磁鐵礦等。為了實現(xiàn)其中銅的高效回收,在工藝礦物學研究的基礎上,對其進行了浮選選銅試驗。結(jié)果表明,在磨礦細度為-0.045 mm占90%的情況下,采用2次粗選(一次粗選直接獲得高品位銅精礦)、3次精選、2次掃選流程,其中一段硫化銅粗選的捕收劑BK-908用量為20 g/t、起泡劑2~#油用量為20 g/t,二段硫化粗選的捕收劑EP用量為40 g/t、礦漿pH調(diào)整劑石灰用量為500 g/t、硫化劑硫化鈉用量為250 g/t、起泡劑2~#油用量為30 g/t,最終獲得了銅品位為17.77%、銅回收率為89.38%的銅精礦。
[Abstract]:The slow cooling copper slag of a flash furnace contains 1. 01% copper. The main minerals are porphyrite, chalcopyrite and chalcopyrite, and the main gangue minerals are pyroxene, vitreous and magnetite. In order to realize the efficient recovery of copper, flotation and separation experiments were carried out on the basis of the study of process mineralogy. The results show that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.045 mm accounting for 90%, the process of three times cleaning and two times cleaning is adopted in the case of two rough dressing (one coarse dressing directly to obtain high grade copper concentrate). The amount of collector BK-908 is 20 g / t, the amount of foaming agent 2 # oil is 20 g / t, the dosage of EP is 40 g / t, the dosage of lime is 500g / t, the amount of sodium sulphide is 250g / t. The copper concentrate with a copper grade of 17.77 and a copper recovery of 89.38% was obtained when the amount of oil was 30 g / t.
