基于VDSL2技術(shù)和LIN總線的采煤機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程控制數(shù)據(jù)通訊系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of science and technology in China, the level of coal mine automation has also made considerable progress, but there is still a clear gap between China and the international advanced level in terms of the performance index and automation technology level of coal fully mechanized mining equipment. The large number of personnel has brought great threat and pressure to the safety production of coal. Therefore, increasing investment in the research and development of fully mechanized coal mining technology and equipment and realizing the unmanned fully mechanized coal mining face have become the inevitable requirement of the development of underground automatic mining technology in coal mine. Remote control plays an important role in realizing the unmanned fully mechanized coal mining face.
This topic comes from the first-class independent innovation base construction in Taiyuan in 2011: 30 sets / year intelligent fully mechanized coal face control system industrialization project (2011 CXJD0219). As an important sub-project of this project, this paper designs and develops a set of shearer remote control data communication system, including the system based on VDSL2 (Very-high-bit-rate Digital Subsc). The remote communication equipment of Riber Loop 2 technology, the control keyboard of Shearer Based on LIN (Local Interconnect Network) bus technology and the monitoring software of Shearer Based on force control configuration software. The system realizes the collection of shearer control information, the feedback of shearer working condition information and the bidirectional remote transmission of information. The main research contents are as follows. As follows:
Firstly, in view of the shortcomings of the current remote communication technology, this paper innovatively applies the latest broadband access technology VDSL2 to mining automation equipment. Selecting the first domestic VDSL2 core chip, according to its characteristics, this paper studies and determines the design scheme of the combination of VDSL2 core chip with front-end hybrid circuit and Ethernet FHY chip, and completes the design. The schematic diagram of the circuit board and the design of PCB board.
Secondly, the LIN bus technology is applied to the shearer control keyboard innovatively. According to the design requirement, the digital acquisition module DI and digital output module DO based on LIN bus are designed by combining Freescale microcontroller with LIN bus interface chip, including the design of hardware circuit and the development of software program. With the mature application of DP-LIN conversion module, the technical scheme of communicating with PLC after transmitting control information through LIN bus and converting it into DP bus signal is studied and realized. The purchase of imported data acquisition equipment and signal output equipment is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Thirdly, according to the requirements of real-time monitoring in fully mechanized coal face and the characteristics of configuration software, a shearer monitoring software based on force control configuration software is designed, and the design of monitoring interface and the development of script program are completed.
Fourthly, considering that the remote control data communication system of shearer will face the market, the author has done a lot of experiments and amendments to the system. Firstly, the bandwidth, anti-fatigue and anti-interference of the VDSL2 remote communication module are tested; then the data exchange between the shearer control keyboard and the PLC host is tested; finally, the data exchange between the shearer control keyboard and the PLC host is built. The basic functions of the system are tested by compiling the PLC test program. The test results show that the system meets the requirements of field application.
The remote control data communication system of Shearer has been used in many domestic coal mines such as Sichuan Green Water Tunnel. The application of this system not only improves the automation level of coal mining, enriches the control mode of shearer, but also liberates the underground coal mine staff and realizes the unmanned of fully mechanized coal mining face. The underground mining technology of unmanned working face has reached the international advanced level and laid a good technical foundation.
