礦用耐磨鋼球沖擊疲勞強度偏低原因分析
[Abstract]:The causes of low impact fatigue strength of wear-resistant steel balls in ball drop fatigue test were studied by means of macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscope analysis, energy dispersive analysis and microstructure analysis. The results show that the fracture surface is more regular and has no obvious plastic deformation, the crack source has a "rock sugar block" shape, and some grain sizes exceed 100 渭 m, which are typical brittle fracture along the grain boundary, and there is a small amount of tricustian structure near the fracture surface. The grain size of the steel ball from the surface to the fracture surface is obviously uneven, and the grain near the fracture surface is larger than that near the fracture surface. According to the analysis of steel ball production process, the main reason for the low impact fatigue strength of steel ball is the coarse quenching structure, and the other important reason is that the tempering process does not effectively reduce the internal stress of quenching.
