微生物在貴州某磷礦選礦廢水中回收磷的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)磷礦尾礦廢水存在大量難以沉降懸浮固體顆粒物的難題展開(kāi)研究。利用微生物對(duì)磷礦模擬廢水進(jìn)行了微生物浸出試驗(yàn)。得到的結(jié)論有下:1.從貴州省某磷礦取得新鮮礦樣,通過(guò)稀釋平板涂布法、從礦樣表面提取到菌落直徑較大溶磷真菌,純化培養(yǎng)后進(jìn)行PCR分析,通過(guò)在NCBI(GenBank)比對(duì)查找,確定得到的真菌為分枝毛霉(M.ramosissimus)。2.對(duì)M.ramosissimus進(jìn)行了多種條件下的生物浸出試驗(yàn),確定M.ramosissimus的最佳培育條件為,礦粉濃度1.5g/L,培養(yǎng)溫度25℃,初始pH6.5,以醋酸鈉為C源。在模擬廢水條件下,7d浸出量最大達(dá)到136mg/L,對(duì)應(yīng)浸出率為43.45%3.于貴州大學(xué)某微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室接種得到得到枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis)。對(duì)Bacillus subtilis進(jìn)行了多種條件下的生物浸出試驗(yàn),Bacillus subtilis的最佳培育條件為,礦粉濃度3g/L,培養(yǎng)溫度37℃,初始pH=7,以醋酸鈉為C源。在模擬廢水條件下,7d浸出率達(dá)到51.76%,浸出量達(dá)到162mg/L。4.于貴州大學(xué)某微生物實(shí)驗(yàn)室接種得到得到及氧化硫硫桿菌(Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans,At.t)。對(duì)At.t進(jìn)行多種條件下的生物浸出試驗(yàn)。At.t的最佳培育條件為,礦粉濃度3g/L,培養(yǎng)溫度30~34℃,初始pH=5。在模擬廢水狀況下,7d可以對(duì)廢水中難溶磷達(dá)到70.28%的溶解率。5.針對(duì)浸出效果最佳的At.t的磷礦廢水浸出液,調(diào)整pH產(chǎn)生沉淀回收溶液中的磷,試驗(yàn)中達(dá)到了83.63%的磷回收率。整個(gè)試驗(yàn)達(dá)到了廢水中58.78%的磷回收率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the difficult problem of settling suspended solid particles in phosphate tailings wastewater, the research is carried out. Microbial leaching of simulated wastewater from phosphate rock was carried out by microorganism. The conclusion is: 1: 1. Fresh mineral samples were obtained from a phosphate mine in Guizhou Province. The large phosphate soluble fungi were extracted from the surface of the samples by dilution plate coating method. After purification and culture, PCR analysis was carried out. The obtained fungi were determined to be M.ramosissimus. 2 by comparing with NCBI (GenBank). The biological leaching experiments of M.ramosissimus were carried out under various conditions.
