基于ADAMS刮板輸送機鏈傳動動力學(xué)研究分析
[Abstract]:China is one of the countries with the most abundant coal resources in the world. It not only has a wide distribution of reserves, but also has a wide range of types and excellent coal quality, which provides an extremely favorable condition for the industrial modernization of our country. With the rapid development of mechanical manufacturing industry and the high requirement of machining precision and production efficiency, the design of equipment and some auxiliary transportation equipment for coal mining mechanization is also required. The scraper conveyer plays an important role as the conveyer of fully mechanized mining equipment. It uses the scraper chain with endless circulation as the traction component, and the motor drives the head or tail sprocket to provide the driving force. Scraper chain conveys coal continuously in a multi-section sheathed open tank. Therefore, the scraper chain transmission system is the most important part of the scraper conveyor, and its motion characteristics directly affect the conveying capacity and working efficiency of the scraper conveyor. Based on the research of kinematics and dynamic behavior of chain drive system, this paper analyzes the working conditions and calculates the load of scraper conveyer, establishes the solid model of mine scraper chain by using SolidWorks software, and introduces the model into ADAMS dynamic software. It also assigns attributes to the material, determines the constraint and boundary conditions, analyzes the inherent characteristics of the chain transmission system of mine scraper conveyor, studies the transverse and longitudinal vibration of the chain drive and causes the sudden jump of the chain of mine scraper conveyor. The finite element model analysis of the whole machine can provide a reference for the dynamic analysis and design of mechanical transmission device used in production practice. So as to improve the performance and efficiency of the burying scraper conveyor. The research and analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system of scraper conveyer can be used for reference for the design and development of other chain feeder.
