【摘要】：為了明確螺旋分選機(jī)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化手段,整合了螺旋分選機(jī)在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用情況,分析了煤用螺旋分選機(jī)在應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題;概括了螺旋分選機(jī)設(shè)備的優(yōu)化手段,提出了煤用螺旋分選機(jī)的優(yōu)化方向。結(jié)果表明:相對(duì)于非煤用螺旋分選機(jī),煤用螺旋分選機(jī)距徑比更小,分選圈數(shù)更多,多應(yīng)用于動(dòng)力煤選煤廠和可選性較好的煉焦煤選煤廠;目前煤用螺旋分選機(jī)存在分選密度較高、處理量較低、缺乏靈活性等問(wèn)題;螺旋分選機(jī)的優(yōu)化主要有改變結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和引進(jìn)外力兩種手段,在優(yōu)化時(shí)應(yīng)以改變結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)為主,盡量保留螺旋分選機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、無(wú)動(dòng)力部件等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the application status and optimization means of spiral separator, the paper integrates the application of spiral separator in our country, analyzes the problems existing in the application of spiral separator for coal, and summarizes the optimization means of spiral separator equipment. The optimization direction of screw separator for coal is put forward. The results show that the ratio of distance to diameter is smaller and the number of separation cycles is more than that of non-coal spiral separator, and most of them are used in thermal coal preparation plant and coking coal preparation plant with good separability. At present, the spiral separator for coal has some problems such as high separation density, low handling capacity and lack of flexibility, and the optimization of the screw separator mainly includes changing the structural parameters and introducing external forces, and changing the structural parameters should be the main method in the optimization. As far as possible to retain the helical separator simple structure, no power components and other features.
