解吸法測(cè)定煤層瓦斯含量中瓦斯損失量計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:解吸法測(cè)定煤層瓦斯含量時(shí),煤層瓦斯含量測(cè)定的誤差主要來(lái)源瓦斯損失量。目前瓦斯損失量計(jì)算方法建立的是瓦斯解吸參數(shù)與時(shí)間之間的關(guān)系,各方法計(jì)算結(jié)果都會(huì)受到時(shí)間因素的影響。本文以瓦斯損失量計(jì)算方法為研究核心,以準(zhǔn)確、快速測(cè)定煤層瓦斯含量為目的,采用理論、實(shí)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相結(jié)合的研究方法,對(duì)瓦斯損失量計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了深入研究。以瓦斯吸附一解吸理論為基礎(chǔ),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬了煤的瓦斯自然解吸過(guò)程,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比分析得出了瓦斯吸附平衡壓力、煤的粒度和硬度對(duì)瓦斯解吸的影響規(guī)律;趯(shí)驗(yàn)解吸數(shù)據(jù),在時(shí)間因素上對(duì)目前瓦斯損失量計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行了分析。其中,選取的解吸初期測(cè)點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)越多,各計(jì)算方法瓦斯損失量推算值越小;取樣時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),各計(jì)算方法推算值與真實(shí)值差值的絕對(duì)值越大,所占煤層瓦斯含量的比重越大,增大了煤層瓦斯含量的測(cè)定誤差;讀數(shù)間隔對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果也會(huì)產(chǎn)生影響,但是影響效果不顯著。煤樣相同時(shí),不同吸附平衡壓力下的瓦斯解吸曲線形狀相同,從側(cè)面說(shuō)明了同種煤樣在不同吸附平衡壓力下的瓦斯解吸規(guī)律符合同一個(gè)函數(shù)類型,只不過(guò)是不同吸附平衡壓力下的擬合參數(shù)各不相同而已;谶@一結(jié)論和相關(guān)分析理論,提出了一種不受時(shí)間因素影響和符合實(shí)際的瓦斯損失量計(jì)算新方法:利用時(shí)序數(shù)據(jù)匹配模型來(lái)推算瓦斯損失量;诮⒌臄(shù)據(jù)匹配模型,將井下數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行匹配,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)中找到與井下數(shù)據(jù)相匹配的解吸數(shù)據(jù),擬合出兩組數(shù)據(jù)之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取樣時(shí)間,可以反推瓦斯損失量。該計(jì)算方法得到了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)證,計(jì)算結(jié)果可靠。
[Abstract]:When desorption method is used to measure coal seam gas content, the error of coal seam gas content measurement is mainly caused by gas loss. At present, the calculation method of gas loss is based on the relationship between the parameters of gas desorption and time, and the results of each method will be affected by the time factor. In this paper, the calculation method of gas loss is taken as the core of the research, and the method of calculating the amount of gas loss is deeply studied by using the research method of combining theory, experiment and field with the purpose of accurate and rapid determination of gas content in coal seam. Based on the theory of gas adsorption-desorption, the natural desorption process of coal is simulated in the laboratory. The influence of gas adsorption equilibrium pressure, coal particle size and hardness on gas desorption is obtained by comparing and analyzing the experimental data. Based on the experimental desorption data, the current calculation methods of gas loss are analyzed in terms of time factors. Among them, the more the number of desorption points selected, the smaller the calculated value of gas loss, the longer the sampling time, the greater the absolute value of the difference between the calculated value and the real value, the greater the proportion of gas content in coal seam. The measurement error of coal seam gas content is increased, and the reading interval also affects the calculation results, but the effect is not significant. When the coal sample is the same, the gas desorption curve under different adsorption equilibrium pressure is the same, which shows that the law of gas desorption of the same coal sample under different adsorption equilibrium pressure accords with the same function type. It is only that the fitting parameters are different under different adsorption equilibrium pressures. Based on this conclusion and related analysis theory, a new method for calculating gas loss is proposed, which is not affected by time factors and is in line with the actual situation. The method is to calculate the amount of gas loss by using the matching model of time series data. Based on the established data matching model, the underground data and the laboratory data are matched, the desorption data matching with the underground data is found in the laboratory data, the relationship between the two groups of data is fitted, and the sampling time in the field is combined. The amount of gas loss can be pushed back. The method is verified in the field and the result is reliable.
