【摘要】：黑龍江省煤炭資源豐富，煤炭經(jīng)濟(jì)為全省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。但不合理的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用，已經(jīng)誘發(fā)了一系列礦山環(huán)境問(wèn)題，造成了嚴(yán)重的污染，破壞了生態(tài)環(huán)境。 本文通過(guò)14個(gè)要素層指標(biāo)對(duì)5個(gè)變量層指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了定量的描述，它們構(gòu)成了黑龍江省大中型煤礦礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系。采用層次分析法確定各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重后，對(duì)黑龍江省大中型煤礦礦山進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，將黑龍江省大中型煤礦礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境問(wèn)題劃分為嚴(yán)重區(qū)、較嚴(yán)重區(qū)和一般區(qū)三種類(lèi)型。同時(shí)將恢復(fù)治理區(qū)分為：礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境函待恢復(fù)治理區(qū)、礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境重點(diǎn)防治區(qū)、礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境一般恢復(fù)治理區(qū)。 本文通過(guò)調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)初步查明了黑龍江省大中型煤礦礦山地質(zhì)環(huán)境問(wèn)題的類(lèi)型和現(xiàn)狀，分析了誘發(fā)因素，為礦產(chǎn)資源合理開(kāi)發(fā)利用、礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)以及恢復(fù)治理開(kāi)發(fā)提供了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Heilongjiang Province is rich in coal resources, the coal economy has made great contributions to the economic development of the province. However, unreasonable exploitation and utilization have caused a series of mine environmental problems, resulting in serious pollution and destruction of ecological environment. In this paper, the index of five variable layers is quantitatively described by 14 factor layer indexes, which constitute the index system of geological environment evaluation of large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province. After the weight of each index is determined by AHP, the large and medium coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are evaluated. Combined with the evaluation results, the geological environment problems of large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are divided into three types: serious area, more serious area and general area. At the same time, the restoration and treatment of mine geological environment is divided into three parts: the area of mine geological environment to be restored, the key area of mine geological environment prevention and control, and the general restoration and control area of mine geological environment. In this paper, the types and present situation of geological environment problems in large and medium-sized coal mines in Heilongjiang Province are preliminarily found out through investigation and evaluation, and the inducing factors are analyzed for the rational exploitation and utilization of mineral resources. The countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the protection of the ecological environment and the restoration and development of the mining area.
