液固流化床中傾斜板弱化粒度影響研究
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of reducing the separation effect of material density and limiting the treatment ability of equipment by traditional re-selecting particle size, the separation and separation of materials was studied by adding tilting plate group to the fluidized bed in combination with fluidized bed fluidization and inclined plate settlement. The characteristics of fluid velocity distribution and shear lifting in inclined channels provide conditions for weakening particle size and enhancing particle density separation. In this paper, kinematics and dynamics are used to analyze the motion of solid particles in inclined channels, and the relationship between particle size and particle motion is established. The relation equation between water velocity and particle size and the relationship between particle equilibrium position and particle properties are obtained. By means of the experimental study of the model particles, the relationship is verified and corrected. Based on the model of single settling particle motion, the relationship between particle size and density in channel on multi-particle separation is deduced. The relation between particle size and particle size is: LPD / k 蟻 2.45 / d 1.14. The motion trajectories of glass beads (0.2-0.4mm) and magnetite particles (0.2-0.3mm) at different water velocities and plate spacing were studied. The experimental results show that the movement trajectory of particles in the gap channel of 6mm plate is obviously changed and the effect of particle size is weakened in the process of material separation. Based on the analysis of velocity balance and force balance of particles in inclined channel under laminar flow condition, the relationship between water velocity and particle characteristics is derived. The relationship between water velocity and particle characteristics is derived from the formula: 0. 0479d0.14 (蟻 p- 蟻 f) -0.71g0.71z/ 蟻 0.29f 渭 0.43, and the velocity equilibrium position x1 and the force balance position when particles are far away from the plate surface (?) The material separation ability 畏. The 0.2-0.8mm glass beads and the 0.125-0.3mm magnetite powders can be selected by using 0.09m/s and 0.15m/s separately, which further verifies the results of the study on the effect of the slanting channel on the weakening particle size. The separation effect of glass beads less than 0.5mm is explained by the theory of interference settlement. Therefore, the effective separation granularity range of different water speed materials and the separation speed required for given size materials can be predicted by using the equilibrium relation. The equilibrium equation is used to predict the separation water velocity of 0.25-2mm slime at 6mm plate spacing of 0.065 m / s. 0.0315 m / s / s 0.0473m / s 0.0699m / s and 0.0896m/s 's rising water speed were used to recover 2kg slime particles respectively. Comparing slime separation test with floatation test, it was determined that using 0.07m/s to separate slime particles at water speed, the ash content of raw coal was reduced to about 12%, and the yield of refined coal was 65%.
