組合抑制劑檸檬酸鈉和焦磷酸鈉在某鉛鋅礦分離浮選中的作用

【摘要】:在對某復雜多金屬礦進行礦石性質研究的基礎上,對其進行浮選分離.結果表明,礦石中礦物種類繁多,嵌布關系復雜,可綜合回收的元素為鉛、鋅,主要以方鉛礦、閃鋅礦形式存在.鉛礦物嵌布粒度細,氧化率高,與鋅礦物共生關系密切,分離困難.采用鉛鋅依次優(yōu)先工藝流程,階段磨礦階段選別,石灰為礦漿p H值調(diào)整劑,D421為鉛礦物捕收劑,組合藥劑焦磷酸鈉和檸檬酸鈉為閃鋅礦和硫礦物抑制劑,經(jīng)1次粗選、3次精選和1次掃選獲得鉛精礦;硫酸銅為閃鋅礦活化劑,丁基黃藥為鋅礦物捕收劑,經(jīng)1次粗選、2次精選和1次掃選獲得鋅精礦.閉路實驗所得鉛精礦鉛品位為60.34%,鉛回收率達81.31%,含鋅6.74%;鋅精礦鋅品位為47.86%,鋅回收率達93.11%,含鉛0.62%.組合抑制劑焦磷酸鈉和檸檬酸鈉對閃鋅礦具有選擇性協(xié)同抑制作用,二者質量比為1:1時抑制效果最佳.
[Abstract]:Based on the study of ore properties of a complex polymetallic ore, flotation separation is carried out. The results show that there are many kinds of minerals in the ore, and the distribution relationship is complex. The elements that can be recovered synthetically are lead and zinc, which mainly exist in the form of galena and sphalerite. Lead minerals with fine particle size and high oxidation rate are closely related to zinc minerals and difficult to separate. The lead-zinc process was adopted in order, the stage grinding stage was selected, lime was used as the pH value regulator of slurry and D421 was used as lead mineral collector, and sodium pyrophosphate and sodium citrate were used as sphalerite and sulfur mineral inhibitors. Lead concentrate was obtained by one rough cleaning and one cleaning, copper sulfate was used as sphalerite activator, Ding Ji xanthate was zinc mineral collector, and zinc concentrate was obtained by two cleaning and one sweep separation. The lead grade of lead concentrate is 60.34, the recovery rate of lead is 81.31, the zinc content is 6.74, the zinc grade of zinc concentrate is 47.86, the recovery rate of zinc is 93.11 and the lead content is 0.62. The combination of sodium pyrophosphate and sodium citrate has selective synergistic inhibition on sphalerite, and the best inhibition effect is at 1:1 of the mass ratio of sodium pyrophosphate and sodium citrate.
