薄煤層綜采開采效率計算機模擬分析

【摘要】:薄煤層開采效率受多種因素影響,以大斗溝煤礦薄煤層開采為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用計算機模擬技術(shù),將現(xiàn)場調(diào)研的停開機時間、采煤機速度及工藝參數(shù)作為模擬的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),再現(xiàn)工作面生產(chǎn)過程,詳細的分析了各影響因素對工作面開采效率的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)了工作面生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)存在的問題。模擬分析表明:生產(chǎn)設(shè)備因素和輔助設(shè)備因素是影響大斗溝煤礦82203工作面開采效率的最主要因素,82203工作面在地質(zhì)條件和開采水平處于國內(nèi)平均水平時,年產(chǎn)量可以達到58.4萬t。模擬結(jié)果為提高薄煤層的開采效率,優(yōu)化薄煤層工作面的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The mining efficiency of thin coal seam is affected by many factors. Based on the mining of thin coal seam in Dadougou coal mine, using computer simulation technology, the time of stopping machine, the speed of shearer and the technological parameters of field investigation are taken as the basic data of simulation. The production process of the working face is reproduced and the influence factors on the mining efficiency of the working face are analyzed in detail. The problems in the production system of the working face are found. The simulation analysis shows that the factors of production equipment and auxiliary equipment are the most important factors affecting the mining efficiency of No. 82203 face in Dadougou Coal Mine. When the geological conditions and mining level are at the domestic average level, the annual output can reach 584000 tons. The simulation results provide the basis for improving the mining efficiency of thin coal seam and optimizing the production link of thin coal seam working face.
