煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測智能頭盔的研究

【摘要】:隨著煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,我國煤礦安全生產(chǎn)形勢大有改善。但是,目前我國煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測仍普遍存在諸多不足,如礦工難以及時了解自身周圍的環(huán)境信息、監(jiān)測傳感器的布置難以跟上采掘工作面的推進(jìn)、缺乏有效的煤礦事故預(yù)警手段等。因此,建立跟隨礦工的井下安全監(jiān)測移動終端,將對目前我國煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測大有裨益。本文分析了煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài),針對目前我國煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測存在的一些問題,深入研究了嵌入式技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、無線通信技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)分析與處理技術(shù)等,引入了低功耗、移動性強(qiáng)、小型化的監(jiān)測思想,設(shè)計了煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測智能頭盔系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)由數(shù)據(jù)采集層、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸層和智能監(jiān)測分析層三部分組成。在數(shù)據(jù)采集層中以礦工安全頭盔為載體,集成以S3C2440控制器為核心的各功能模塊,完成井下人員定位、礦工作業(yè)環(huán)境信息監(jiān)測、實時語音通信、遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)測、聲光報警等功能;在數(shù)據(jù)傳輸層中通過無線傳輸轉(zhuǎn)有線傳輸?shù)姆绞?完成數(shù)據(jù)采集層和智能監(jiān)測分析層之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸;在智能監(jiān)測分析層中通過本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的監(jiān)測軟件,完成對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的顯示、存儲、報警、管理等功能,并通過DDE通信技術(shù)調(diào)用MATLAB軟件,基于層次分析法和模糊綜合評判理論,對監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,完成瓦斯預(yù)警。最后對系統(tǒng)運行測試,經(jīng)驗證,測試結(jié)果與理論分析一致。煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測智能頭盔的研究,是對我國煤礦井下安全監(jiān)測的重要補(bǔ)充。經(jīng)測試表明,本系統(tǒng)較好地實現(xiàn)了各項預(yù)期目標(biāo),對它的推廣與應(yīng)用將對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)和保障礦工生命安全具有重要的工程價值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of underground safety monitoring technology, the situation of coal mine safety in China has been greatly improved. However, at present, there are still many shortcomings in mine safety monitoring in our country. For example, it is difficult for miners to know the environmental information around them in time, and the arrangement of monitoring sensors is difficult to keep up with the advance of mining face. Lack of effective coal mine accident warning means and so on. Therefore, the establishment of underground safety monitoring mobile terminal following miners will be of great benefit to mine safety monitoring in our country at present. In this paper, the domestic and foreign research trends of underground safety monitoring are analyzed, and the embedded technology, sensor technology, wireless communication technology are deeply studied in view of some problems existing in mine underground safety monitoring in our country. With the introduction of low power consumption, strong mobility and miniaturization, the intelligent helmet system for mine safety monitoring is designed. The system consists of data acquisition layer, data transmission layer and intelligent monitoring and analysis layer. In the data acquisition layer, the miner safety helmet is used as the carrier and the S3C2440 controller is the core of each functional module to complete the functions of underground personnel positioning, miner working environment information monitoring, real-time voice communication, remote video monitoring, acousto-optic alarm and so on. In the data transmission layer, the data transmission between the data acquisition layer and the intelligent monitoring and analysis layer is completed by wireless transmission to wired transmission, and the monitoring software is developed in the intelligent monitoring and analysis layer through this system. The functions of displaying, storing, alarming and managing the monitoring data are completed, and the MATLAB software is called through DDE communication technology. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, the monitoring data are analyzed and the gas warning is completed. Finally, the system running test, after verification, the test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis. The research of intelligent helmet for underground safety monitoring in coal mine is an important supplement to mine safety monitoring in China. The test results show that the system has achieved all the expected goals, and its popularization and application will be of great engineering value to the safety of coal mine production and the safety of miners' lives.
