尾礦及其浸出液中重金屬形態(tài)分析與評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:以人工添加重金屬的鉬尾礦為研究對(duì)象,采用BCR連續(xù)浸提法和TCLP浸出試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,研究尾礦中重金屬的形態(tài)分布和浸出能力。結(jié)果表明,尾礦中重金屬存在形式弱酸態(tài)和還原態(tài)總和均在90%以上,在合適的條件下很容易浸出;在pH 2.88的醋酸中浸提45 h,液固比大于80∶1 L/g時(shí),重金屬浸出率較大,而浸提溫度、濾膜直徑、振蕩方式對(duì)重金屬浸出率的影響因重金屬的不同而有所不同,靜置時(shí)間對(duì)重金屬的浸出率影響可以忽略不計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Taking molybdenum tailings with artificial heavy metals as the research object, the form distribution and leaching ability of heavy metals in tailings were studied by combining BCR continuous extraction method with TCLP leaching test. The results show that the sum of weak acid state and reduction state of heavy metals in tailings is more than 90%, which is easy to be leached under suitable conditions, and the leaching rate of heavy metals is higher when the ratio of liquid to solid is more than 80:1 L / g for 45 h in acetic acid at pH 2.88. However, the influence of extraction temperature, filter membrane diameter and oscillation mode on the leaching rate of heavy metals varies with different heavy metals, and the influence of static time on the leaching rate of heavy metals can be neglected.
