釩鈦磁鐵礦微波助磨實驗

【摘要】:針對我國復(fù)雜難處理釩鈦磁鐵礦資源特點,研究了微波加熱對釩鈦磁鐵礦磨礦性能的影響,揭示了釩鈦磁鐵礦在微波作用下選擇性破碎與界面破碎特性.結(jié)果表明:微波場中,礦石的溫度隨著礦石粒度的增大而增加,且微波功率對礦石升溫性能的影響最顯著;X射線衍射分析與SEM分析表明,微波預(yù)處理后礦石內(nèi)部會產(chǎn)生大量的晶界裂紋,使更多的單體礦物解離出來;在微波功率為4 k W、加熱時間100 s后的磨礦產(chǎn)物中,小于0.074 mm粒級的質(zhì)量分數(shù)由原礦的72%提高到95%.
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of complex refractory vanadium titanomagnetite resources in China, the effects of microwave heating on the grinding properties of vanadium titanomagnetite were studied, and the characteristics of selective fragmentation and interface breakage of vanadium titanomagnetite under microwave irradiation were revealed. The results show that the temperature of ore increases with the increase of ore size in microwave field, and the effect of microwave power on the property of ore heating is most significant. The results of X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis show that the temperature of ore increases with the increase of ore size. A large number of grain boundary cracks will occur in the ore after microwave pretreatment, and more monomer minerals will be dissociated. In the grinding products with microwave power of 4 kW and heating time of 100s, the mass fraction of less than 0.074 mm particles is increased from 72% of the original ore to 95% of the original ore.
