防膨脹軟巖注漿材料試驗(yàn)及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:為研制一種防膨脹軟巖注漿材料以滿足膨脹性軟巖巷道注漿加固的需求。通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),研究注漿材料的密度、析水率、凝結(jié)時(shí)間、流動(dòng)度、結(jié)石體強(qiáng)度等主要性能參數(shù)。通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),研究注漿材料對(duì)膨脹性軟巖巷道圍巖的注漿加固性能。研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)注漿材料的水灰比為0.5∶1,添加劑比率為5‰時(shí),注漿材料的主要性能參數(shù)最優(yōu);該注漿材料能有效提高破碎膨脹性軟巖的強(qiáng)度,改善膨脹性軟巖巷道圍巖的特性,防止軟巖巷道圍巖在注漿時(shí)發(fā)生吸水膨脹變形,是一種較好的防軟巖膨脹注漿材料。
[Abstract]:In order to develop a kind of anti-swelling soft rock grouting material to meet the needs of expansive soft rock roadway grouting reinforcement. Through laboratory tests, the main performance parameters of grouting material, such as density, water evolution rate, setting time, fluidity, stone strength and so on, were studied. The grouting reinforcement performance of grouting materials to the surrounding rock of expansive soft rock roadway is studied by field test.
