貴州某銅尾礦銅金回收浮選試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:The copper tailings in Guizhou province are rich in copper and gold. According to the characteristics of complex tailing composition and fine grain size, the suitable technological process and medicament system were selected to obtain copper concentrate to meet the industrial grade. Through process mineralogical analysis, copper mainly exists in the form of copper sulphide, gold in the form of exposed gold, copper 0.31 and gold 0.46 g / t; gangue minerals mainly include quartz, hornblende, calcite, garnet, diopside, chlorite, etc. Chalcopyrite has close symbiotic relationship with pyrite and pyrrhotite. According to the actual characteristics of the gold-bearing copper tailings, the grinding fineness test, the collector type and dosage test, the activator test and pH adjuster test, the foaming agent type and dosage test and Cao dosage test were carried out to determine the appropriate reagent system. The principle of "copper-gold-sulfur flotation-mixed concentrate regrinding-copper-sulfur separation" was established. The results show that when the fineness of grinding is -0.074 mm and 80%, the sample is treated by the process of regrinding the mixed concentrate to -0.038 mm and returning the ore back to the first time after the separation of copper and sulfur. Finally, the copper concentrate contains 14.59% copper, the copper recovery is 56.01%, the gold recovery is 19.29 g / t, the gold recovery is 51.01.The sulfur concentrate contains 39.74% sulfur, the sulfur recovery is 60.77%, the gold recovery rate is 20.21% and the recovery rate is 0.74 g / t, which is useful for the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
