礦用雙齒輥破碎機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與強度分析
[Abstract]:At present, for metallurgy, mining, building materials, hydraulic, chemical and other industrial industries, material crushing is playing a more and more important role. Material crushing as a basic project, every year there will be a large number of mine materials and recycled waste for crushing treatment. With the increasing of all kinds of crushing materials, the requirement of crushing precision is increasing, and there is a shortage of energy, so it is necessary to improve the present situation of crushing operation. As far as crusher is concerned, improving its working efficiency and realizing "more crushing and less grinding" has become the focus of our research, while double-toothed roller crusher relies on its advanced nature to inject vitality into mine crushing. In this paper, the double tooth roller crusher is taken as the research object, from the structural 3D design, virtual simulation, structural strength finite element analysis and so on, it is hoped that the double tooth roller crusher can be applied to the purpose of crushing iron ore. In this paper, according to the basic structure of the double-tooth roller crusher, the system model of the double-tooth roller crusher is established by using Solidworks software, and the whole three-dimensional design is carried out, and the real working condition is simulated by EDEM discrete element. The crushing force of crushing teeth and iron ore are simulated respectively. Secondly, the 3D model is imported into the finite element ANSYS software, and the finite element analysis of the broken tooth is carried out through the maximum breaking force simulated by the EDEM discrete element software, and the distribution of stress and strain in each part of the broken tooth is obtained. Determine where the maximum stress occurs. Through the analysis, it is found that the broken teeth meet the requirements in the process of crushing coal mine, the strength of the second broken teeth is not enough in the process of crushing iron ore, and the material and structure of the broken teeth need to be improved to increase the strength. In order to apply the double-tooth roller crusher in the crushing production of iron ore. Finally, the first ten modes of crushing parts (broken tooth roller and broken tooth) of crushing system are analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software, and the first ten natural frequencies and modes are obtained. It can be seen that the first ten order frequencies are far away from their natural frequencies. It is proved that the double tooth roller crusher can avoid resonance effectively. The above analysis can be described as a reference for the wide application of double-tooth roller crusher.
