【摘要】：為研究韓家灣煤礦淺埋近距房柱式采空區(qū)及煤柱下開采的動載礦壓,運用理論分析方法和物理相似模擬實驗,采用應力和位移的監(jiān)測手段,對綜采工作面過房柱式采空區(qū)及煤柱進行模擬研究。研究表明,房柱式采空區(qū)下,工作面覆巖會隨著下煤層關鍵層的破斷而依次破壞,礦壓顯現(xiàn)較一般淺埋煤層開采劇烈,但未發(fā)生動載。而在進入?yún)^(qū)段煤柱期間,工作面只表現(xiàn)出比單一煤層開采時工作面壓力較大,在出煤柱時則普遍存在動載礦壓現(xiàn)象,動載易發(fā)區(qū)域在煤柱中的最后一次周期來壓后10 m范圍內。研究成果在韓家灣煤礦2405工作面進行了動載預測和防治。
[Abstract]:In order to study the dynamic load rock pressure of shallow and close house pillar type goaf and coal pillar mining in Hanjiawan coal mine, the method of theoretical analysis and physical similarity simulation experiment are used, and the monitoring means of stress and displacement are adopted. This paper simulates the goaf and pillar in the fully mechanized coal face. The study shows that under the roof pillar goaf, the overburden of the working face will be destroyed in turn with the breaking of the key layer of the lower coal seam, and the mining pressure will be more intense than that of the ordinary shallow coal seam, but no dynamic load will occur. However, during the period of entering the section of coal pillar, the working face only shows a greater pressure than that of the single coal seam mining, and when the coal pillar is out of coal, the phenomenon of dynamic load rock pressure exists generally, and the dynamic load prone area is within 10 meters after the last period of the coal pillar. Dynamic load prediction and prevention were carried out in 2405 face of Hanjiawan Coal Mine.
