鐵礦石球磨機(jī)襯板干濕磨摩擦磨損機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:為掌握鐵礦石球磨機(jī)筒體內(nèi)襯板摩擦磨損機(jī)理,設(shè)計(jì)了鐵礦石球磨機(jī)襯板—磨球摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)臺,在此試驗(yàn)臺上進(jìn)行襯板與磨球間的摩擦磨損試驗(yàn),以ZGMn13襯板試樣為研究對象,探究干濕磨時(shí)不同磨損工況下襯板與磨球摩擦系數(shù)、摩擦接觸溫升及磨損率變化規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明:壓力對摩擦系數(shù)、溫升和磨損率的影響大于轉(zhuǎn)速;磨球與襯板間的摩擦系數(shù)隨載荷W增大而減小,有礦粉顆粒干磨摩擦系數(shù)達(dá)0.59,礦漿濕磨時(shí)僅為0.25;無礦粉干磨情況下溫升較小,最高溫升僅4.3℃,溫升速率隨磨程S的增長呈現(xiàn)先快后慢的趨勢;磨損率隨載荷W的增大而急劇增大,礦粉的加入會使表面犁溝變寬且分布無序,礦漿的加入阻隔了磨損,使表面紋理不明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the friction and wear mechanism of lining plate in the cylinder of iron ore ball mill, the friction and wear test bench of lining plate and grinding ball of iron ore ball mill was designed. The friction and wear test between lining plate and grinding ball was carried out on the test bed. The ZGMn13 liner sample was taken as the research object. The changes of friction coefficient, friction contact temperature rise and wear rate of liner and ball under different wear conditions were investigated. The results show that the influence of pressure on friction coefficient, temperature rise and wear rate is greater than rotational speed. The friction coefficient between grinding ball and lining plate decreases with the increase of load W, the friction coefficient of dry grinding with ore powder particles reaches 0.59, and that with slurry wet grinding is only 0.25, and the temperature rise is small in the case of dry grinding without ore powder, and the maximum temperature rise is only 4.3 鈩,
