勘探階段煤系地層測井資料的工程地質(zhì)信息解譯

【摘要】:長期以來,煤炭一直是我國的主要能源供應(yīng)。隨著淺部資源的開采殆盡,國內(nèi)絕大多數(shù)的煤礦均已進(jìn)入深部開采階段。而深部開采面臨著高地應(yīng)力、高巷道變形等挑戰(zhàn),所以對深部煤系地層的工程地質(zhì)條件進(jìn)行分析評價(jià)對于煤炭的深部開采有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。相比于獲取煤系地層工程地質(zhì)信息的常規(guī)方法,煤田地球物理測井方法具有測定方法簡單,成本較低,攜帶信息量大的優(yōu)勢。因此,開展測井資料工程地質(zhì)信息解譯研究不僅具有一定的理論意義,也有較大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文通過對潘集外圍勘查區(qū)勘查鉆孔測井資料及巖芯的收集整理、巖樣的物理力學(xué)測試,獲取了幾乎覆蓋整個(gè)研究區(qū)的鉆孔煤系地層巖石測井資料和工程地質(zhì)信息,采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,建立了研究區(qū)煤系地層巖性的測井識別模型、巖石的密度和孔隙度等物理性質(zhì)參數(shù)的測井預(yù)測模型、巖石單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度等強(qiáng)度參數(shù)的測井計(jì)算模型以及巖石彈性模量和泊松比彈性參數(shù)的測井預(yù)測模型,并對其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析,得出所建模型具有較高的預(yù)測精度。利用建立的巖石力學(xué)性質(zhì)參數(shù)測井預(yù)測模型對未進(jìn)行巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)測試的鉆孔進(jìn)行了力學(xué)參數(shù)預(yù)測,繪制了研究區(qū)煤系地層巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)剖面圖以及13-1煤層頂板的抗壓強(qiáng)度和彈性模量等值線圖,結(jié)果表明能夠利用建立的測井計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行工程地質(zhì)信息的預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:For a long time, coal has been the main energy supply of our country. With the depletion of shallow resources, most coal mines in China have entered the stage of deep mining. However, deep mining is faced with challenges such as high ground stress and high roadway deformation, so it is of great practical significance to analyze and evaluate the engineering geological conditions of deep coal measure strata for deep coal mining. Compared with the conventional methods for obtaining engineering geological information of coal measures, coal geophysical logging has the advantages of simple measurement, low cost and large amount of information. Therefore, the study of engineering geological information interpretation of logging data not only has certain theoretical significance, but also has great application value. In this paper, through the collection and arrangement of drilling logging data and cores in the peripheral exploration area of Panji, and the physical and mechanical tests of rock samples, the logging data and engineering geological information of borehole coal series strata covering almost the whole study area are obtained. The logging identification model of coal measure formation lithology and the log prediction model of physical property parameters such as density and porosity of rock are established by means of mathematical statistical analysis method. The logging calculation model of uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of rock and the log prediction model of elastic modulus of rock and Poisson's ratio are obtained. Based on the established well logging prediction model of rock mechanics parameters, the mechanical parameters of boreholes without rock mechanical parameters testing are predicted. The rock mechanics parameter profile of coal measure strata in the study area and the contour map of compressive strength and elastic modulus of the roof of coal seam 13-1 are drawn. The results show that the engineering geological information can be predicted by using the established well logging calculation model.
