從白云鄂博稀土尾礦回收鐵的新工藝

【摘要】:根據(jù)弱磁性白云鄂博稀土尾礦在N_2環(huán)境下升溫-降溫過程中磁化率的變化,確定尾礦經(jīng)磁化焙燒、弱磁選回收鐵的可行性。對樣品進(jìn)行原位XRD分析進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了在升溫過程溫度升至580℃時(shí)Fe_3O_4開始出現(xiàn)。通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn),在N_2氣氛、無任何添加還原劑的情況下直接磁化焙燒,之后用弱磁選回收鐵,發(fā)現(xiàn)在焙燒溫度800℃,磁選粒度在-45~+74μm之間時(shí),精礦中的TFe由尾礦的17%提高到61.5%,實(shí)現(xiàn)了76.8%回收率的良好指標(biāo)。
