綜掘巷道超前支護(hù)裝備雙組支撐支護(hù)特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:In order to improve the driving efficiency and improve the supporting technology of fully mechanized roadway, a step forward support equipment used in fully mechanized roadway roof support is designed. Through the analysis of the working principle of the equipment, the three-dimensional model is established. In order to test the support effect of the equipment, the experimental scheme of supporting characteristics is designed, the experimental platform is built, and the experimental platform is based on the experimental platform. The experimental results show that the greater the displacement and deformation of the roof, the greater the contact force fluctuates, the maximum deformation of the roof reaches 9 mm, the maximum amplitude of the contact force reaches 5.84 K N, and the position is at the position of the middle line of the top plate, after the support is supported. The position of the top plate deformation and contact force will tend to be stable after the 2~3 s fluctuation in the condition of two groups of support, and the advance support equipment plays a good control effect on the stability of the roof, can improve the safety of the roof, and provide the basis for the research and development of the follow-up products and the industrial testing.
