含鉀頁巖焙燒提鉀工藝中酸浸條件的研究

【摘要】:對(duì)貴州銅仁萬山地區(qū)含鉀頁巖焙燒提鉀工藝中的酸浸條件進(jìn)行了研究。前期研究中已確定了燒結(jié)條件,在本酸浸試驗(yàn)中,通過對(duì)酸的種類、酸的濃度、酸浸時(shí)間、酸浸溫度以及液固比等5個(gè)因素的研究,得到最佳的酸浸條件為:硫酸濃度9mol/L,液固比15∶1,酸浸溫度60℃,酸浸時(shí)間60min,此條件下鉀的溶出率為73.06%。此工藝流程簡單,而且降低了能耗,對(duì)含鉀頁巖的浸出及后續(xù)有效鉀的利用研究有一定指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The acid leaching conditions of potassium-bearing shale roasting process in Wanshan area of Tongren Guizhou Province were studied.
