荊各莊礦煤自燃氧化性能分析及防火對策

【摘要】:我國礦井火災(zāi)頻發(fā),尤其在邊角余煤、老采空區(qū)、復(fù)采工作面都是發(fā)生火災(zāi)高發(fā)區(qū)。荊各莊礦開采三十多年,12煤層從未出現(xiàn)過自然發(fā)火事故,但是近幾年12煤層復(fù)采區(qū)自然發(fā)火頻繁,并且9煤層復(fù)采區(qū)煤體內(nèi)賦存大量一氧化碳?xì)怏w,所以選定荊各莊礦為研究對象。結(jié)合煤自燃氧化機(jī)理的分析基礎(chǔ)之上,對復(fù)采區(qū)域和原生煤層的煤樣進(jìn)行了自燃氧化性能的分析。首先,采用程序升溫與氣相色譜儀聯(lián)用實(shí)驗(yàn),分析了CO指標(biāo)氣體隨溫度變化規(guī)律,可知煤自燃低溫氧化早期階段,復(fù)采過的煤更易于吸附氧,表現(xiàn)出了更強(qiáng)的氧化性能。其次,采用紅外光譜分析技術(shù),對50℃、70℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、160℃溫度下各煤樣的活性基團(tuán)變化進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示在低溫的條件下,煤分子結(jié)構(gòu)中,發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)主要部分就是羥基、芳香烴、脂肪族類和含氧官能團(tuán),其含量變化最為明顯。通過綜合比較發(fā)現(xiàn),由于復(fù)采煤層早期的開采破壞了原有煤層結(jié)構(gòu)以及煤分子結(jié)構(gòu),使得復(fù)采區(qū)域煤的氧化性能發(fā)生了改變,自燃傾向性增強(qiáng),導(dǎo)致整體的自燃危險(xiǎn)程度增大。綜合理論分析和現(xiàn)場實(shí)測結(jié)果,針對荊各莊礦井開采后期自然發(fā)火特點(diǎn),通過研究荊各莊礦煤自燃發(fā)火規(guī)律,提出了一系列荊各莊礦的煤炭自燃防治措施。研究成果對荊各莊礦提高煤炭采出率和安全開采具有重要的意義。
