半連續(xù)工藝在白音華三號露天煤礦中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of Baiyinhua No. 3 opencast coal mine and the existing equipment conditions, this paper synthetically applies the related theories, such as mathematical modeling, technical economics, opencast mining theory and semi-continuous process system, etc. The application of semi-continuous process of self-moving crusher in Baiyinhua No.3 opencast coal mine is studied. Baiyinhua No. 3 opencast coal mine stope is in the turning stage. Firstly, the feasibility of semi-continuous arrangement of self-moving crusher in Baiyinhua No. 3 opencast coal mine is studied. Through the calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the efficiency of the semi-continuous process system of the self-moving crusher is greatly reduced and the unit operating cost is high. Therefore, Baiyinhua No.3 opencast coal mine is not suitable for layout and use of semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher during steering period. In addition, the layout level of semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher after the completion of stoping turn in Baiyinhua No. 3 opencast coal mine is studied. According to the rock model and the section, the arrangement level of semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher is 930 level and no step shift is achieved in the later stage. With the development of stope, in the late stage, the western end of open-pit mine develops to the turning point of boundary, so it is necessary to adjust the semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher, and study the transition scheme of semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher when the boundary of open-pit mine is turning. Through economic comparison, the transition scheme of adding two belt conveyors at the turning point of boundary is determined. Finally, through statistical analysis of the actual production data of other similar open pit mines, the value of economic indexes is determined, and the economic benefits of semi-continuous process system of self-moving crusher arrangement in Baiyinhua No. 3 opencast coal mine are obtained.
