單向靜載下柱狀藥包爆破裂紋擴(kuò)展規(guī)律及機(jī)制

【摘要】:將巖體內(nèi)柱狀藥包爆破簡(jiǎn)化為平面應(yīng)變問題,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算,研究單向靜應(yīng)力對(duì)爆破裂紋的影響規(guī)律及機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:無靜應(yīng)力時(shí),爆破裂紋區(qū)形狀大致為圓形;而施加單向靜應(yīng)力后,裂紋區(qū)形狀演化成橢圓形,橢圓的長(zhǎng)軸方向與靜應(yīng)力方向相同,且隨著靜載荷增加,裂紋區(qū)長(zhǎng)軸基本保持不變,短軸長(zhǎng)度降低。這是由于隨靜載荷變化,沿著加載方向單元的最大主應(yīng)變基本不變;而垂直加載方向單元的最大主應(yīng)變隨著靜載荷增加而減小,從而導(dǎo)致該方向裂紋長(zhǎng)度降低。
[Abstract]:The cylindrical charge blasting in rock is simplified as a plane strain problem. The effect of unidirectional static stress on blasting crack and its mechanism are studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The results show that without static stress, the shape of blasting crack zone is circular, and the shape of crack zone evolves into ellipse after applying unidirectional static stress, and the long axis direction of ellipse is the same as the direction of static stress, and with the increase of static load, the shape of crack zone evolves into ellipse. The long axis of the crack zone remains basically unchanged and the length of the short axis decreases. This is due to the fact that the maximum principal strain of the element along the loading direction is basically unchanged with the change of the static load, while the maximum principal strain of the element in the vertical direction decreases with the increase of the static load, resulting in the decrease of the crack length in this direction.
