金川三礦采場(chǎng)分段巷道支護(hù)方式改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:高地應(yīng)力巷道支護(hù)問題是巖石力學(xué)領(lǐng)域比較復(fù)雜的世界性研究課題之一。長(zhǎng)期以來國(guó)內(nèi)外從事采礦、隧道工程及巖石力學(xué)理論研究與實(shí)踐的工作者,在高應(yīng)力巷道破壞機(jī)理和支護(hù)技術(shù)方面進(jìn)行了大量研究。但由于高地應(yīng)力巷道工程地質(zhì)條件通常比較復(fù)雜,因此對(duì)該問題的研究有一定的困難。金川礦區(qū)由于圍巖破碎,構(gòu)造應(yīng)力突出,在基建和開采過程中,許多巷道發(fā)生嚴(yán)重變形和破壞。礦區(qū)現(xiàn)用的普通砂漿錨桿+金屬網(wǎng)+噴射混凝土的支護(hù)方式雖能在一定程度上控制巷道變形,但支護(hù)效果并不理想。許多巷道多次修復(fù),巷道支護(hù)成本居高不下。多年來,公司一直在尋求新的支護(hù)方式,希望能夠在一定程度上解決不良巷道的支護(hù)問題。本文以金川三礦1438試驗(yàn)段為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行了一系列研究。首先,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查及相關(guān)資料來分析巷道的變形破壞特征;其次分析了高地應(yīng)力巷道的破壞原因與目前支護(hù)中存在的問題;并結(jié)合該巷道試驗(yàn)段的實(shí)際情況提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,擬定了改進(jìn)后的支護(hù)方案,并用數(shù)值模擬手段對(duì)改進(jìn)后的支護(hù)方案與現(xiàn)用的支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行比較;最后,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支護(hù)試驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)采用的支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。通過金川1438分段巷道支護(hù)試驗(yàn)研究,得出以下結(jié)論。巷道直墻腳處容易發(fā)生剪切破壞,需加強(qiáng)支護(hù),F(xiàn)行噴錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)效果不佳的關(guān)鍵因素是水泥砂漿錨桿的桿體長(zhǎng)度偏短和錨固力不足,不能提供徑向應(yīng)力,同時(shí)金屬網(wǎng)、噴漿都存在缺陷。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)布置多根預(yù)應(yīng)力錨桿時(shí),相鄰桿體的錐形壓縮區(qū)便互相重疊,在巷道周邊會(huì)形成連續(xù)的巖體承載環(huán)。改進(jìn)后的預(yù)應(yīng)力中空注漿錨桿+TECCO網(wǎng)+噴射混凝土的支護(hù)效果要好于現(xiàn)行的普通砂漿錨桿噴錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)。
[Abstract]:The problem of roadway support with high ground stress is one of the more complicated research topics in the field of rock mechanics. For a long time, domestic and foreign workers engaged in mining, tunnel engineering and rock mechanics theory research and practice, in the high-stress roadway failure mechanism and support technology has carried out a lot of research. However, the engineering geological conditions of high ground stress roadway are usually complicated, so it is difficult to study this problem. Due to the breakage of surrounding rock and the prominent tectonic stress, many roadways in Jinchuan mining area have serious deformation and destruction in the process of construction and mining. Although the support method of ordinary mortar bolt metal mesh shotcrete used in mining area can control the deformation of roadway to a certain extent, the supporting effect is not ideal. Many roadways have been repaired many times, and the support cost of roadway is high. For many years, the company has been looking for a new way of supporting, hoping to solve the problem of bad roadway support to some extent. In this paper, a series of research has been carried out on the experimental section 1438 of Jinchuan No.3 Mine. Firstly, the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway are analyzed by field investigation and related data, and the reasons of failure of roadway with high ground stress and the existing problems in supporting are analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of the roadway test section, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward, and the improved support scheme is drawn up, and the improved support scheme is compared with the existing support scheme by numerical simulation. The support scheme is evaluated by the data monitoring results of the field support test. Based on the experimental study of 1438 section roadway support in Jinchuan, the following conclusions are drawn. Shear damage is easy to occur at the foot of the straight wall of the roadway, so it is necessary to strengthen the support. The key factors of poor supporting effect of shotcrete anchor mesh are short length of cement mortar bolt and insufficient anchoring force, which can not provide radial stress. At the same time, there are defects in metal mesh and jet grouting. When several prestressed anchors are arranged in the system, the conical compression zone of adjacent rods overlaps with each other, and a continuous rock bearing ring is formed around the roadway. The improved TECCO mesh shotcrete support of prestressed hollow grouting bolt is better than that of common mortar anchor bolt.
