深部松散礦體開(kāi)采技術(shù)數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:云錫松礦1360中段以下30-14礦體松散破碎,開(kāi)采難度較大。為滿足深部安全及經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的開(kāi)采要求,通過(guò)對(duì)房柱法和下向進(jìn)路式分層膠結(jié)充填法進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,以及兩種方法的數(shù)值模擬分析,確定采用下向進(jìn)路式分層膠結(jié)充填法作為30-14礦體的采礦方法。該方法雖然成本高于房柱法,但回采的礦石資源多,創(chuàng)造的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值大,比房柱法多獲得利潤(rùn)總額5 408萬(wàn)元,且開(kāi)采的安全性更能得到保障。研究成果為類似礦體開(kāi)采積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)礦山生產(chǎn)建設(shè)和深部資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用都有實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The 30-14 orebody below the middle section 1360 of Yunxi Song Mine is loosely broken, which makes mining more difficult. In order to meet the requirements of deep mining safety and reasonable economy, this paper makes a technical and economic comparison between the housing column method and the down-path stratified cemented filling method, as well as the numerical simulation analysis of the two methods. The method of down-path stratified cementing and filling is adopted as the mining method of 30-14 orebody. Although the cost of this method is higher than that of the housing column method, the mining method has more ore resources and creates a large economic value. The total profit of this method is 54.08 million yuan more than that of the housing column method, and the safety of mining can be guaranteed more. The research results have accumulated experience for the mining of similar orebodies and have practical guiding significance for mine production and construction and exploitation and utilization of deep resources.
