【摘要】：在對煤炭城市傳統(tǒng)城鎮(zhèn)化演化歷程中存在的問題及新型城鎮(zhèn)化的建設需求進行比較分析的基礎上,分析了煤炭城市資源壓覆、政府與煤炭企業(yè)之間的矛盾以及煤炭資源開采引發(fā)的環(huán)境問題和自身存在的交通條件不便、區(qū)位偏離、社會經濟發(fā)展不足、城市發(fā)展動力缺乏等方面問題,提出了推進多規(guī)合一、創(chuàng)建新型城鎮(zhèn)關系、創(chuàng)建新型產業(yè)體系等規(guī)劃調控策略,以期為煤炭城市的新型城鎮(zhèn)化及可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparative analysis of the problems existing in the evolution of traditional urbanization and the construction needs of the new type of urbanization in coal cities, the paper analyzes the overburden of coal cities' resources. The contradictions between the government and the coal enterprises, the environmental problems caused by the exploitation of coal resources, the inconvenient transportation conditions, the deviation of location, the lack of social and economic development, the lack of motive power of urban development, etc. The planning and control strategies of promoting the integration of multiple rules and regulations, establishing a new type of urban relationship and creating a new industrial system are put forward in order to provide reference and reference for the new type of urbanization and sustainable development of coal cities.
