巷道頂板錨固孔鉆進動力響應特性模型試驗

【摘要】:采用實驗室相似模擬實驗方法對巷道頂板錨固孔進行仿真鉆進,探究巷道頂板錨固孔鉆進動力響應指標(鉆速及轉(zhuǎn)速)與巖石物理力學性質(zhì)(普氏系數(shù))間的關系。得出如下結(jié)論:錨固孔的鉆進動力響應指標基本上均隨頂板巖石普氏系數(shù)f的增加而減小,實驗數(shù)據(jù)回歸曲線大致呈現(xiàn)負指數(shù)關系;據(jù)此一定程度上可實現(xiàn)對頂板巖層類型的辨識,進而指導并優(yōu)化巷道頂板錨桿支護初始設計與預防冒頂事故的發(fā)生;動力響應指標與巖石普氏系數(shù)f相關性較好,如能通過相關儀器對響應指標進行實時監(jiān)測,對深入研發(fā)頂板巖層結(jié)構探測儀器具有重要的參考價值;論文所用方法,為實驗室?guī)r石鉆進試驗的研究提供了一種借鑒。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the dynamic response index (drilling speed and speed) and the physical and mechanical properties of rock (prhi coefficient) of the roadway roof anchorage hole is investigated by the simulation experiment method of laboratory similar simulation experiment. The following conclusions are drawn: the drilling dynamic response index of the anchorage hole is basically f with the pric coefficient of the roof rock. The regression curve of the experimental data has a negative exponential relationship, and a certain degree can be used to identify the type of the roof rock, and then to guide and optimize the initial design of the roof bolt support and the prevention of the roof accident; the dynamic response index has a good correlation with the rock prill coefficient F, for example, through the correlator. The real-time monitoring of the response index is of great reference value for the deep research of the roof rock structure detection instrument, and the method used in this paper provides a reference for the study of the rock drilling test in the laboratory.
