露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度算法研究及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:露天礦開(kāi)采在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)方面具有非常重要的作用,但是露天礦開(kāi)采卻面臨成本逐年上升,生產(chǎn)管理水平急需提高的局面。因此,發(fā)展能夠優(yōu)化露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度與生產(chǎn)管理的采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)越來(lái)越成為我國(guó)露天礦的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。實(shí)踐表明,車(chē)輛優(yōu)化調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,可使生產(chǎn)效率提高6%~32%,并且能夠大幅度降低露天礦企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)露天礦企業(yè)優(yōu)先發(fā)展的方向。本文結(jié)合我國(guó)露天礦開(kāi)采企業(yè)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)狀況,研究了露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的模型算法,設(shè)計(jì)出露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng),具體研究工作如下:首先,對(duì)露天礦業(yè)務(wù)流程及生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)況做了簡(jiǎn)單分析,然后結(jié)合露天礦露天開(kāi)采的管理現(xiàn)狀,為快速求出露天礦道路網(wǎng)兩節(jié)點(diǎn)間的最短路徑,分析了傳統(tǒng)Dijkstra最短路徑算法,然后根據(jù)其不足,研究出改進(jìn)的Dijkstra算法,并且結(jié)合對(duì)露天礦礦車(chē)規(guī)劃的分析,設(shè)計(jì)出了露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度算法的模型。其次,在露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度算法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)以及詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)實(shí)際需求,分別設(shè)計(jì)了露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)中心調(diào)度子系統(tǒng)和車(chē)輛終端系統(tǒng),車(chē)輛終端系統(tǒng)又分為礦車(chē)終端和鏟車(chē)終端。系統(tǒng)在總體功能模塊上分為車(chē)輛調(diào)度功能模塊、電子地圖功能模塊和信息管理功能模塊。最后,根據(jù)上述的算法和系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì),利用Microsoft公司的Visual Studio開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,編寫(xiě)了露天礦采礦車(chē)輛調(diào)度系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用軟件,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了模擬實(shí)現(xiàn),并驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)?chē)輛進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及準(zhǔn)確定位,對(duì)露天礦生產(chǎn)資源進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車(chē)輛的優(yōu)化調(diào)度,提高了露天礦的管理水平和礦產(chǎn)資源利用率。
[Abstract]:Open-pit mining plays a very important role in China's economic construction, but open-pit mining is faced with an increasing cost year by year, and the level of production management is in urgent need of improvement. Therefore, the development of mining vehicle scheduling system, which can optimize the vehicle scheduling and production management of open-pit mines, has become the realistic demand of our country's opencast mines. The practice shows that the implementation of the vehicle optimal dispatching system can improve the production efficiency by 6 / 32 and can greatly reduce the production cost of the open-pit mine enterprises, which has become the priority development direction of the open-pit mining enterprises in China. According to the actual production situation of our country's open-pit mining enterprises, this paper studies the model algorithm of open-pit mining vehicle scheduling system, and designs the open-pit mining vehicle scheduling system. The specific research work is as follows: first, This paper makes a simple analysis of the business process and production status of open-pit mines, then combines the management status of open-pit mining, in order to quickly find the shortest path between the two nodes of the open-pit road network, analyzes the traditional Dijkstra shortest path algorithm. Then, the improved Dijkstra algorithm is studied according to its deficiency, and the model of vehicle scheduling algorithm is designed based on the analysis of open pit mining car planning. Secondly, on the basis of the vehicle scheduling algorithm of opencast mine, the overall design and detailed design of the vehicle scheduling system of open-pit mining are carried out, and according to the actual demand, The central dispatching subsystem and vehicle terminal system of vehicle dispatching system in opencast mine are designed respectively. The vehicle terminal system is divided into mine vehicle terminal and forklift terminal. The system is divided into vehicle dispatching function module, electronic map function module and information management function module on the overall function module. Finally, according to the above algorithm and system function design, using the Visual Studio development environment of Microsoft Company, the application software of mining vehicle scheduling system in open-pit mine is compiled, and the simulation of each subsystem of the system is carried out. It is verified that the system can monitor and locate the vehicles in real time, plan the production resources of open-pit mines as a whole, realize the optimal scheduling of vehicles, and improve the management level and the utilization ratio of mineral resources in open-pit mines.
