KYF型浮選機(jī)單一液相流體特性模擬研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)KYF型充氣機(jī)械攪拌式浮選機(jī),選定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε湍流模型對(duì)浮選機(jī)內(nèi)部單一液相流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,并在不同攪拌強(qiáng)度下分析了浮選機(jī)內(nèi)部單一液相流場(chǎng)速度、壓力、湍流與渦流強(qiáng)度等分布特征,為浮選工藝參數(shù)的設(shè)定提供基礎(chǔ)理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:A standard k- 蔚 turbulence model was selected to simulate the flow field of a single liquid phase in a KYF aerated mechanical stirred flotation machine. The velocity and pressure of a single liquid phase flow field in the flotation machine were analyzed under different stirring intensities. The distribution characteristics of turbulence and eddy current provide basic theoretical guidance for the setting of flotation process parameters.
