螺旋扭曲扁管料漿輸送流阻特性

【摘要】:為解決小倍線充填中的剩余壓頭過大問題,基于工程流體力學(xué)、料漿自流輸送模型等理論,提出了利用螺旋扭曲扁管來消耗深井充填管道輸送系統(tǒng)剩余壓頭的方案。當料漿流速為2m/s時,螺旋扭曲扁管橫截面上的縱向渦量值比圓管高出了2個數(shù)量級,由此造成的垂直于主流方向的縱向旋轉(zhuǎn)分速度和二次旋流是螺旋扭曲扁管增阻的主要原因;螺旋扭曲扁管的扭曲程度越大,隨料漿流速和黏性系數(shù)的增加,充填料漿的沿程阻力損失增大的速度越快,增阻效果越好;當螺距S≤1.0 m或者橫截面長短軸之比A/B≥1.60時,螺旋扭曲扁管具有較好的增阻效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of excessive residual pressure head in small double line filling, based on the theory of engineering fluid dynamics and slurry self-flow transport model, a scheme of using spiral twisted flat pipe to consume the residual head in the conveying system of deep well filling pipeline is put forward. When the slurry flow rate is 2m/s, the longitudinal vorticity value of the spiral twisted flat tube is two orders of magnitude higher than that of the circular tube, which is the main reason for the increase of drag of the spiral twisted flat tube, which is caused by the vertical velocity of rotation and the secondary swirl which is perpendicular to the mainstream direction.
